Remain calm but show fascination and appreciation for the things he is describing.]\n\n[Exedese is pronounced Ecks-eh-deez.]\n\nRecord Number 836. A Description of Exedese. Monk Samuel.\n\n[Long relaxing music playing in the background.]\n\nNo longer an initiate of the monastery, I have been tasked in making an initial record of my perception of things. My name is Samuel. I have recently been instated as a monk of the Monastery of Exedese located at the top of the Great Nameless Mountain. It is the traditional practice of new monks to visit the being we know to be Exedese, the Ceaseless Thinker, and to wax about his beauty.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nFirst of all, I must say that the place where the monastery is built is beautiful beyond measure. Only here will we see the blue sky... the clouds... and all the perfection that was once ours to conquer. We are merely subjects of the sky now. We live to admire it and to give it praise. But more so, we look upon the great Exedese, for it is he who speaks to us on behalf of the sky and the clouds.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nExedese is the true name of a dragon who endlessly rests on a cliff side outside the front doors of the monastery dedicated to his honor. This dragon is unlike other dragons recorded in our records. He possesses no scales or armor of any sort. His skin is black, smooth, and glossy to the touch. After a rainy day, you can sometimes see your reflection in his skin.\n \n[Pause.]\n\nThe Ceaseless Thinker is also very fatty and weighty in body structure. This may account for why he does not often stand up. He is more of the type to remain at rest as he calmly looks about at the beauty of the sky and clouds that grace us from above. His mouth is very large and could fit a number of monks inside, all of which would be an easy meal for him. This is very important to us, for words of great wisdom should always come from a mouth that is equally as great in size as the wisdom itself.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nExedese possesses a number of strange qualities in reference to his genital regions. His penis is extremely engorged and huge. When erect, it can sometimes extend out as far as his chin. The thickness of this penis appears to be nearly four feet. I reckoned this as one of my fellow monks was standing in front of it. I knew him to be a man of seven feet, and I figured the difference in my mind.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nExedese also sports a rather... eh... massive set of... testicles. They are much larger than any human living in the monastery. I was told that one man was accidently crushed under them, so I am sure that they are exceedingly heavy and full of the dragon’s seed. I um... [Pause] I admit that I have difficulties looking away from them. They rather dominate the rear of the blessed creature.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nI suppose the one physical aspect of Exedese comes in the form of a very unusual anus. This is certainly nothing that has been observed in humans but quite clearly is reserved for Exedese himself. His anus is puffed out on the edges much like rolled dough. In fact, many of the monks have referred this massive anus as... <Sigh> the doughnut of Exedese.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nThis doughnut is massive and spans a diameter of three feet. It also is discolored to the rest of the dragon’s black body and is an interesting blue color. It pulses frequently which is an attention-getter to be sure. \n\n[Pause.]\n \n[Trying to sound convincing here] Surely there is nothing so wonderful as a creature such as this. Exedese leaves anyone who meets him in a state of shock and awe. But more important than his body proportions are the words that he speaks.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nThe first thing I ever heard the Ceaseless Thinker say was this: [Pause and then say the quote dramatically.] “It is not so much that we yearn for love, but that we should die for it willingly.” [Pause.] We all heard it, and we all wrote it down knowing that whatever it meant was important. Everything that Exedese speaks is important. It is not so much important that we understand each word, but that we meditate on them and hopefully the truth will come to us eventually.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nI have considered these words for much time. I was only an initiate when I heard the quote. Prior Andrew told me that the words were likely meant mostly for me since it was the first time I heard the dragon speak. For this reason, I went over the phrase in my mind many times. [With conviction] They were so poetic. [Pause.] So well spoken.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nI considered what love would mean in the context spoken. Love seems to be such an abstract ideal. If taken at face value, it does not mean anything at all. But then I considered Exedese and his place upon the Great Nameless Mountain. Is love as nameless as the mountains themselves? If so, does that mean that I am to love all things unconditionally? It is so easy to say that I love the sky and the clouds and even Exedese himself. I love them because I like them, but does that mean that I truly love them all? Or is the love of the sky and clouds only the love of he who speaks on their behalf? Is my love of everything only my love of Exedese?\n\n[Pause.]\n\nI spoke with the prior on this, and he seemed intrigued by my revelations. He encouraged me to explore the concept more thoroughly… and so I did. I thought that, if love is such a nameless yet powerful thing that one must be expected to die from it, then it must only be directed at what we believe to be the source. I am a monk of the Monastery of Exedese, therefor my love goes to him. And if this be true, then I must be willing to die for him.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nBut if dying is such a great thing to do, then it seems more like life. To die is really to live. I also told this to Prior Andrew, and that’s when he first told me the truth about Exedese and all his many holy orifices: [Pause.] To go inside of the Ceaseless Thinker is to become one with the universe itself.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nI took this further. To submit to the body of the Ceaseless Thinker is to become love itself. And from that point on, love is not a nameless thing. It becomes who you are. I would become more than just Monk Samuel. [Pause.] I would become the embodiment of love within the holy insides of the Ceaseless Thinker… Exedese.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nThis epiphany brought on the great revelation which allowed me to become the monk that I am today. It is not enough to simply care for and worship this great and bulbous dragon, but it is only right that we should all, at some point in our lives, sacrifice ourselves to one of his many holes.\n\n[Pause.]\n\nThe latter was soon confirmed by Sub-prior Jeremiah. There are moments when Exedese yearns to be filled by a human. We must look past the grotesque form that he appears to be, push ourselves into his large and chubby body, and allow our corporeal forms to fade as we will soon be absorbed into the universe itself. We will no longer be oppressed from the nasty world of the below. We will never be trapped as we have been upon the Great Unnamed Mountain. We will be as a god in control of our own destiny in every way imaginable.\n\n[Pause.]\n\n[With conviction] This, I think, is what it all comes down to. And when I look upon the great Ceaseless Thinker, as I write this eight hundred and thirty-sixth record for the Monastery of Exedese, I can truly see what makes that beautiful doughnut so appealing. Remain calm but show fascination and appreciation for the things he is describing.]

[Exedese is pronounced Ecks-eh-deez.]

Record Number 836. A Description of Exedese. Monk Samuel.

[Long relaxing music playing in the background.]

No longer an initiate of the monastery, I have been tasked in making an initial record of my perception of things. My name is Samuel. I have recently been instated as a monk of the Monastery of Exedese located at the top of the Great Nameless Mountain. It is the traditional practice of new monks to visit the being we know to be Exedese, the Ceaseless Thinker, and to wax about his beauty.

[Pause.]

First of all, I must say that the place where the monastery is built is beautiful beyond measure. Only here will we see the blue sky... the clouds... and all the perfection that was once ours to conquer. We are merely subjects of the sky now. We live to admire it and to give it praise. But more so, we look upon the great Exedese, for it is he who speaks to us on behalf of the sky and the clouds.

[Pause.]

Exedese is the true name of a dragon who endlessly rests on a cliff side outside the front doors of the monastery dedicated to his honor. This dragon is unlike other dragons recorded in our records. He possesses no scales or armor of any sort. His skin is black, smooth, and glossy to the touch. After a rainy day, you can sometimes see your reflection in his skin.

[Pause.]

The Ceaseless Thinker is also very fatty and weighty in body structure. This may account for why he does not often stand up. He is more of the type to remain at rest as he calmly looks about at the beauty of the sky and clouds that grace us from above. His mouth is very large and could fit a number of monks inside, all of which would be an easy meal for him. This is very important to us, for words of great wisdom should always come from a mouth that is equally as great in size as the wisdom itself.

[Pause.]

Exedese possesses a number of strange qualities in reference to his genital regions. His penis is extremely engorged and huge. When erect, it can sometimes extend out as far as his chin. The thickness of this penis appears to be nearly four feet. I reckoned this as one of my fellow monks was standing in front of it. I knew him to be a man of seven feet, and I figured the difference in my mind.

[Pause.]

Exedese also sports a rather... eh... massive set of... testicles. They are much larger than any human living in the monastery. I was told that one man was accidently crushed under them, so I am sure that they are exceedingly heavy and full of the dragon’s seed. I um... [Pause] I admit that I have difficulties looking away from them. They rather dominate the rear of the blessed creature.

[Pause.]

I suppose the one physical aspect of Exedese comes in the form of a very unusual anus. This is certainly nothing that has been observed in humans but quite clearly is reserved for Exedese himself. His anus is puffed out on the edges much like rolled dough. In fact, many of the monks have referred this massive anus as... <Sigh> the doughnut of Exedese.

[Pause.]

This doughnut is massive and spans a diameter of three feet. It also is discolored to the rest of the dragon’s black body and is an interesting blue color. It pulses frequently which is an attention-getter to be sure.

[Pause.]

[Trying to sound convincing here] Surely there is nothing so wonderful as a creature such as this. Exedese leaves anyone who meets him in a state of shock and awe. But more important than his body proportions are the words that he speaks.

[Pause.]

The first thing I ever heard the Ceaseless Thinker say was this: [Pause and then say the quote dramatically.] “It is not so much that we yearn for love, but that we should die for it willingly.” [Pause.] We all heard it, and we all wrote it down knowing that whatever it meant was important. Everything that Exedese speaks is important. It is not so much important that we understand each word, but that we meditate on them and hopefully the truth will come to us eventually.

[Pause.]

I have considered these words for much time. I was only an initiate when I heard the quote. Prior Andrew told me that the words were likely meant mostly for me since it was the first time I heard the dragon speak. For this reason, I went over the phrase in my mind many times. [With conviction] They were so poetic. [Pause.] So well spoken.

[Pause.]

I considered what love would mean in the context spoken. Is my love of everything only my love of Exedese?

[Pause.]

I spoke with the prior on this, and he seemed intrigued by my revelations. And if this be true, then I must be willing to die for him.

[Pause.]

But if dying is such a great thing to do, then it seems more like life. To die is really to live. I also told this to Prior Andrew, and that’s when he first told me the truth about Exedese and all his many holy orifices: [Pause.] To go inside of the Ceaseless Thinker is to become one with the universe itself.

[Pause.]

I took this further. To submit to the body of the Ceaseless Thinker is to become love itself. And from that point on, love is not a nameless thing. It becomes who you are. I would become more than just Monk Samuel. [Pause.] I would become the embodiment of love within the holy insides of the Ceaseless Thinker… Exedese.

[Pause.]

This epiphany brought on the great revelation which allowed me to become the monk that I am today. It is not enough to simply care for and worship this great and bulbous dragon, but it is only right that we should all, at some point in our lives, sacrifice ourselves to one of his many holes.

[Pause.]

The latter was soon confirmed by Sub-prior Jeremiah. We will be as a god in control of our own destiny in every way imaginable.

[Pause.]

[With conviction] This, I think, is what it all comes down to. And when I look upon the great Ceaseless Thinker, as I write this eight hundred and thirty-sixth record for the Monastery of Exedese, I can truly see what makes that beautiful doughnut so appealing. In a way, I can see what lies inside of it.

[Pause.]

[With Conviction] It is the universe. It is everything. It is the very context that created all of reality itself. It is love.

[Long Pause]

Monk Samuel

[Fade and end.]",
