His backstory: 
Vincent was orphaned at a early age and grew up in an orphanage in the far-away Ironstorm Citadel, a mixed Mobian society closed off from 
the rest of the world. His name was given to him by the caretakers that raised him. He left the orphanage at age 13 to travel the world, becoming 
highly fascinated by the different people, cultures and technology the world outside his comfort zone of Ironstorm had to offer. 

During his travels, he entered the Chemical Plant Zone and was exposed to a unknown chemical agent. This substance had several effects on 
Vincent, causing a series of beneficial mutations like a boosted level of intellect and a far stronger sexual drive than a normal male Echidna. 
His sperm count is ridiculously high according to many medical experts, making him a highly breedable stud. His semen has a unique texture 
and taste that many females find pleasing... Almost to a addictive degree.
The chemical also had a cosmetic side-effect, making his skin turn to a purple hue, which is rare in Echidnas. But the skin condition seems to have
no additional effects besides from the color his body now sports. 

He later on begun gathering information for various groups and traders and expanded this business into what it is today, the primary source of 
intel on the planet... He is the unrivaled "Number One" when it comes to this precious resource. His trade makes him collect and sell various 
forms of data and information from across the entire world. The intelligence network he owns is the largest and deepest the world has ever seen, 
even putting the data of organizations like G.U.N and the Eggman Empire to shame... Vincent employs a undisclosed number of runners working 
for him. He has eyes and ears everywhere. Nothing of importance slips by him.

He has honed information to be his most deadly weapon. This makes him have many enemies, but also many allies. He has such a large influence on 
the flow of information that he is virtually untouchable in his current position. Should Vincent die, his entire network would self-terminate. 
He makes deals with both the good guys and the bad guys, seeing both sides as useful clients. He treats neither side better than the other and 
simply does what the job calls for. He doesn't care if the person buying his intel is a hero or a villain, and long as he gets paid for his troubles... 
When dealing with men, he asks for payment in cash and various loot. When a female he finds attractive calls for his services, it usually ends with a 
long and sweaty bout of "intense negotiations" in bed or some other fitting location.
