The pup lightly pawed at his brothers arm, looking up cutely at him with a look of curiosity upon his young face. 'Sean? What's the matter kiddo?' Lyle asked as he stopped and looked down at the boy.\n\n'Oh nothing, just curious why you're so quiet, is something the matter?' He asked as he looked up at his big brother. Lyle chuckled softly and picked Sean up, placing him on his back, carrying him in a piggy-back fashion. 'I'm fine kiddo, don't you worry about me. I'm just thinking cause I'm worried about mom, just scared that she's alone now.' He told Sean as they walked, the sun starting to set.\n\n'Hey Lyle, when we set up camp, can you please finally tell me the story about why mom and Drax divorced? I'm still curious in why that happened.' The Dalmatian asked his brother as he relaxed against his back. Lyle smiled some and shrugged 'oh why not, you're old enough now to understand it I guess.' His red eyes were ones that felt like they could pierce your soul of he wanted. Alucard smiled 'well that's good, you're a good little helper to your mother, lady nomad is lucky to have you around here to be a man when your father can't.' He said. Alucard bowed 'now if you excuse me young master Lyle, I must be going to prepare dinner, we are having steaks upon request of your mother.'\n\n'Awesome! Thanks Alucard.' He said and waved the butler off, taking Marz into the room. The little three tailed fox giggled and looked up at Lyle, holding his hands up to grab the wolf boys whiskers. Lyle chuckled and gently pushed his brothers hands down 'no you can't have my whiskers marmar, those are mine,' he smiled and lied Marz in his little bed, making sure the sides were secure so Marz wouldn't roll out of bed on accident. Lyle gently kissed the fox boys head and tucked him in. 'Time for your nap baby bro.'\n\nMarz giggled and sat up in bed, but kept the blanket over his legs. He wasn't tired but like being in his bed. 'No nap.' He giggles. Lyle chuckled and sat beside him to keep him lying down. 'You gotta Marz, mama wants you to rest.' He rubbed the fox's little tummy. Marz giggles at that and lightly paws his brothers face as he lies beside the bigger wolf. Marz didn't give him much hassle and was out like a light in moments. Lyle smiled and stayed beside him, but sighed as he suddenly heard arguing from his mothers room, it sounded like Drax was back already. Lyle pulled his knees to his chest and sighed, he listened as Nomaderia and Drax exchanged some fowl words and hateful comments to one another, it seems Drax had been caught in a lie about why he was late.\n\nAs this happened, Marie, the maid to the pearsons, entered holding little Sean. Sean was tucked into his crib as Marie lightly rocked it. She looked at the bed and motioned Lyle over. The wolf boy slowly got from the bed and goes to the maid. Marie was there best friend really and she protected the kids from the bad things around them. She lifts Lyle up and sat him on her lap, lightly rocking him with the crib. 'Don't worry little one, I know it's scary but you'll be fine.' She kissed the boys head softly. Lyle curled up against the girl and fell asleep. She smiled and goes to tuck Lyle into his own bed and watched the trio rest. Marie stepped out for a moment to see Drax leave his room with a yell. Nomaderia followed and threw something at him 'and stay gone you adulterous, betraying bastard!' She yelled.\n\nOnce Drax was long gone from the castle, Marie goes and offers Nomaderia a hug of comfort. Nomaderia accepted it and sighed 'oh Marie, how could this have happened to us?' She asked the girl, who only sighed sadly 'I'm not sure Madame, but I feel this can only be an experience we would all need to learn from. I just can't believe master Drax was doing the unthinkable with others while married, he sure is disgraceful to the anthro kind, especially in the act of adultery.' She said as he looked down the hall. Marie saw what nomad threw and went to grab it, noticing it looked like an old necklace. Her speculation was correct, it was the necklace that Drax had given her the day before their wedding, it was a promise to never fall for another as long as they both shall live. She sighed 'shall I dispose of the bad memories Madame?' She asked Nomaderia as she held the necklace.\n\n'Yes, please...' She said and entered her room, shutting the door to give herself the privacy to clear her mind of what had happened. She then thought of her sons and only got sadder 'what am I to do? Maybe when the time is right, someone else might take them to do better than me.' She said and went to her desk to write something. She grabbed a letter and started writing:\n\nDear Varius,\n\nIt's been fifteen years since my divorce with Drax and I find it difficult to raise my sons, please take care of Marz and raise him better than I could've done. He needs a family that can be good for him to protect and raise him...
