All characters(C) to their respective owners","writing":"The year was 19XX, and the world was in havoc and chaos, due to the war that raged on constantly between the humans and the hybrids, the ones in between, the anthros, being dragged into the war. With the three sides against one another, it caused grief to every town, home and city of the Innocent, the ones that were not meant to fight this war. One of the members of the anthro army was a teen of the age of 18 names Lyle Pearson, he was the son of the general Nomaderia Pearson. Lyle was walking the perimeter of the base with his two allies, his brothers Sean Sr* and Marz. The trio were close and they even vowed that if something were to happen that they would be there for the other.\n\n'Alright guys, mother says we need to keep a sharp eye out for the humans, she had found a spy wandering around out in the field and right now she is getting answers from them, so watch for any air or land enemies.' Lyle, being the eldest, spoke with authority over the two, and they stood at attention, as they had respect for the higher up soldier. 'I know it's tough but remember, we can't show any sign of weakness; weakness will let the enemy of an easy strike at you, inevitably going to cause your death. Don't let your guard down for anyone! Because I could never erase the haunting guilt I had let my brothers die under my watch.' He said, looking at them with more of an older brotherly feel. The duo no and go to their posts at the entrance of the base, while Lyle walks back to the base to go see how Nomaderia was doing.\n\nHe passed by many young men who all saluted him and gave him the respect he had earned. He entered the building and pulled out his key card, swiping it across the panel to give him access to the torture room, where only Nomaderia, himself and any higher ranks could enter. He saw a man tied to a chair with the general across him, she wasn't showing any sign of actually trying to break him, but it was obvious that the fact she sat their quietly, watching him was getting to him. He fidgeted and gulped as he watched the eyes of his captor, she had predator eyes and it was very apparent to Lyle as he watched her stare the man down. 'It's a simple task, you tell me why you were out there alone, and I'll let you go. But if you don't tell me, than I'll let my soldiers all take you and take you out however they want. Do you really wish to risk your life and not tell me a tiny little detail?' Nomaderia stood and started to slowly pace the room as she talked to him, but noticed the mans hostility and his refusal to speak.\n\nNomaderia walked up to the table and leaned in a bit 'listen and listen good you human! I won't just stand here and let you waste my time. So to motivate you, here's the deal: either tell me in the next thirty seconds why you were out there, or I will bring Lyle in and have him and his squadron all kill you right here. There's a reason they're the canine squad! They're fierce.' She told the man. That wasn't entirely why, as Sean was a Dalmatian, Lyle was a wolf, and marz was a three tails fox, making them each dogs. The man sneered and tried reaching for the knife in his back pocket hoping to be able to cut the ropes and get out. Nomaderia saw that and took her pistol, shooting the mans hand. The man gave a scream of anguish as the pain pulsed through his hand and arm as he bled out now. Nomaderia out the gun to the mans stomach with a glare upon her fave 'times up.' She fired, and the entire base heard the screams of the man before there was silence. Lyle walked into the room fully.\n\n'Mom, I guess he wouldn't break huh?' Lyle asked as he walks over to his mother. Nomaderia sighed and spun the pistol back into its holster and she sat 'I'm trying to win this war peacefully but they just keep trying to fight me as if they actually stand a chance. They don't realize how outmatched they are against both anthros and hybrids, even if we don't work together.' Nomaderia took a look at the dead body before them 'Lyle, dispose of the body, and go stand guard by the front gate with your brothers until I decide on what our next course of action shall be.' She looked over at the wolf teen who saluted and walked away from the room, still shocked his peace loving gentle mother had suddenly got dark and shot the man right in the gut. He arrived at the gate and saw Sean and marz both sitting there with a sigh, they were bored of being guards, they actually wanted to be out and fight these guys. Lyle approached 'I know how you guys feel, but we can't just sit around and mope about because we aren't soldiers who do the fighting yet. We just got to trust mom and believe that she actually has a plan for the war.' Lyle told them, seeing them nod.\n\nNomaderia sighed and mopped up the blood from around the chair and looking at her necklace, it was engraved with the message 'never give up, the world needs you.' And inside was a picture of Nomaderia, a younger Lyle and a fox man, the photo was faded and worn so it was hard to see what the man looked like but Nomaderia knew very well who it was and even gripped the amulet tightly. 'I will never forget, because if I do then I'd lose hope, leaving my sons without a true leader... Jonathan, wherever you are, I keep up this struggle for you, in hopes to make a world where I will be at peace and so will you.' She said and kissed it gently, before putting the mop away. She went over to a door and swiped her card, and entered a room only she was capable of entering, it was her personally chamber and she went here to sleep or to just be alone.
