The Mobian Pleasure Center, known also as MPC is a company of technological marvel specifically founded for the purposes of the enjoyment and sexual pleasure of the living on mobius.  Catering to nearly every need, want, and idea a client might have in terms of their lust, even if it includes trying to get rid of it if they wish. 

	The MPC facility is made up of 3 specific and separate sections, the first being the standard civilian area.  Here mobians from all over can pay a fee or membership at a lower cost, to sate their desires in nearly every way they'd like given their advanced feats in tech and customer service.  Daily and Membership Packages consist of 5 tiers listed as such.

Standard: The Standard Tier is the natural starting point of the client's sexual experience and as such lacks the much more lavish scenarios, equipment and general resources of the other tiers.  When a client walks in, they are given a nice simple room with a set of limited but high quality “toys” to do with as they please.  Along side that, most the amenities would function similarly to a hotel, staff can be called for room service or if a client has questions for any reason.  This is the least popular choice of course, even though it's the most affordable, it's still a tad it more expensive than the daily cost of a hotel.  So not too many use it unless they are passing through for a place to stay.

Silver: The Silver Tier has access to everything from the Standard Tier but with a few more benefits.  A higher selection of “toys” and tools for their desires, a much better room as well as a high selection of specialized outfits pertaining to acts of lewdness, either with a partner or without one.

Gold: The Gold Tier contains the benefits of the previous two tiers with an even bigger upgrade to the available resources.  Better rooms, toys, outfits and the option allowing testing for new devices and products on the client if they wish.  Such as sexual machines and more kinky outfits to where while staying at the facility if they so choose.

Platinum: Platinum Tier is the most popular and it's contents reflect as such.  All benefits from the previous tiers with full upgrades and full selection of everything the facility has to offer.  Five Star Luxury room with staff waiting hand and foot on you should you request it, being if you need them for standard fair or personal pleasure, they will do what they're asked, within reason of course (Harming Staff in any way, shape, or form without their written consent is strictly prohibited in any tier and will incur penalties if broken.)  Full access to all product testing, standard sexual testing is granted as well as having any client's sexual needs (within reason) taken care of upon request.  Nearly any kink will be taken care of for the client, sub, dom or somewhere in the middle.

V.I.P: Needless to say, this is the most expensive and sought after tier with limited slots.  It contains every single benefit to all previous tiers, but with the addition of a nearly house sized, Ultra-Luxury Room that can be customized to the clients specifications.  A high class penthouse suits, a sex dungeon, with the technology MPC offers, anything is possible.  In addition, V.I.P.s have nearly unparalleled access to all sectors of the civilian section and even some in the Prison section.  The only others with higher access are higher ranked Senior Staff, Directors and Main Chief of the somplex.

	Those are the tiers for the civilian section of MPC, the section itself includes other kinds of rooms designed for specific sexual needs and tests with single or multiple clients, equiped with only the finest tools, toys and technology available and are open 24/7. 


	The Prison section is similar in it's use, but different in it's clients.  It is used as the name implies, a prison for inmates from other facilities that either have reach maximum capacity, have particular inmates that need to be brought down a peg or two or need to be “reeducated”.  Or the opposite, prisoners being “picked on” by their fellow inmates and need a place for recuperation.

	A lot of the time, it is the first reason, not enough space at their previous prison.  As such most are simply stored away in a form of stasis until they can be moved back, to a new facility, or in a rare case, until their sentences are served.  Storing inmates imparts zero sexual contact and is stasis only, MPC offers two different types: Cryo and Suspended Stasis.  

Cryo Stasis: This, as the name suggests has to do with using extremely cold, yet control temperatures to freeze the inmate to essentially “pause” all of their senses.  When their time at MPC is over for whatever reason, they are safely thawed out and released back, and while frozen they have no semblance of the passage of time.  1 year for example would feel no different to them than 1 minute.  An important note: Either kind of stasis cannot exceed past 5 years.  While the equipment would have less than no trouble keeping an inmate held for that long, the immediate effects on their mental health could prove cruel, as having several decades go by in seconds could overwhelm an inmate's mind.

Suspended Stasis: Unlike the previous, suspended stasis has nothing to do with temperatures and the inmates do have some semblance of time passage.   Most of the prisoner's senses are dulled as they're sent into a kind of holographic “bind”  Their bodies are suspended off the ground by a set of emitters that keep them in place alongside the sense dulling and can be adjusted accordingly for both.  When coming out of this form of stasis, the inmate is slowly brought back to their senses and given vibration massages the entire time in order to maintain their muscle mass and reduce stiffness.   
This form of stasis is used more towards the inmates set for more sexual sessions as it allows for use and testing with minimal resistance.

	Now for inmates requiring reeducation, the prison section of MPC offers “training” to said inmates to be brought down and to learn better behavior.  Sexual testing, teasing, denial, mental adjustment, etc.  More over so they can become better inmates and less rowdy once they are sent back. 
V.I.P.s in the Civilian section have some access to these inmates in the Prison section, if the like that sort of “thrill”  Of course this is very heavily monitored and if either party does something to go against the policy, there will be punishments.  V.I.P.s losing benefits or on rare occasions being sent to the Prison section as inmates themselves.  Or exsisting inmates being sent to the “Black Site”

 	Inmates sent to the Prison section that were more or less abused by fellow inmates are given a bit more of a relaxing break, better accommodations as well as counseling to hopefully ease their woes.  Some even offered Cryo Stasis to serve out a chunk of their sentence should they really wish to.

	The Prison Section is funded by the government as the service it provides is a benefit to society and takes a strain off of standard prisons.  Some inmates even wish to stay in the prison section once their time is up, or become standard clients or even staff members if their rehabilitation charts come back green. 



	The Black Site, is a hidden section of MPC, completely cut off from the other two sections and only accessible by very high ranking staff.    Government funded as well, this highly classified area is only reserved for the worst of the worst.  No one from either of the other sections is allowed inside or even told of it's existence under any circumstance.  The area is designed for those who have had their rights erased, murders, rapists, etc to be used in any way the Black Site director sees fit.  Nearly anything goes to the subjects here, no deaths even though their original court sentences were the death penalty.  They're sent there by the courts so they can be at least some use to someone.  Many of the undesirables sent are usually mentally adjusted to serve in any way the staff of the section see fit.  Either by hypnotic based adjustment, or robotiziation of various different types, liquid metal being shown as popular.  

	While the Black Site subjects are “used” quite often and usually against their will, do not feel sorry for them.  They are there because they have committed the most horrible deeds against the innocent.  They have no rights, they are non-persons and are only objects at that point.



The sections consist of three main Directors as well as a Main Chief Director which oversees every section, given their positions and responsibilities, they have been given a specific set of rules and guidelines to follow and if broken, can result in heavy punishments.  Not applying to the Chief Director of course.  The Directors are listed below and are as follow:
