"description": "Iota made fun of the wrong scraggly possum, and he's paying for that mistake~\n\nA couple interesting things about Desmond are shown off here. One he doesn't like people knowing about is how he 'normally' looks. Desmond's pretty picky about his appearance, so he makes sure to get himself trimmed and tidied up before going anywhere. Just like any familiar, when he respawns his body resets to its normal state. Des' normal state happens to include head-fluff totally covering his eyes and a super floofy body, and he hates being seen like that. Especially don't poke fun at his appearance in that state~\n\nAnd then we have Desmond's unique combat ability, the puppet clone! Des makes a perfect copy of himself which mirrors his exact movements from whatever position/rotation he starts it on. It's actually physically there, and really packs a punch because the puppet is tied to Des' movements, but not the other way around. Damage done to the clone doesn't affect the real one. He doesn't sense what the puppet would see, hear, feel, etc so he can punch the air while his puppet slams its fist through his foe like they weren't even there! Getting grappled by the puppet is deadly, because at that point Des could just hug the air and his clone would snap most foes nearly in half! The puppet has two downsides, though - he's totally unable to see or feel what it's doing (you can often tell which one's the real Des by where he's looking; usually the puppet will seem to be looking/glancing over at nothing) and if it gets thrown around, he goes flying with it. The puppet is only as tough and heavy as the real thing, so a powerful opponent can really limit Des' options as it tears through any clones he makes and slams him around without even touching the real one.\n\nNice thing about that puppet, though... feels and smells just like the real one~",
