<8> (Rivo's Redemption - 2) Cori pushed her spectacles into place as she produced a ledger from her pack and quickly rifled through it. "Hmm... no... no... no... did you deliver everything today?" "I thought I did." Rivo quickly checked over his pack. "There was an orb I didn't get to deliver, here." "Mmm... it's just a crystal ball. That wouldn't be it," she returned dismissively. What else?" "Well I-" he started, until one pawed hand clapped against his bandolier of pouches. "Oh... oh no..." he remarked as he flipped one open and pulled out a tiny piece of incense. "This was supposed to be for Miss Luli just across the street, but there was a note on her door saying she was out for the day. This is...." "... fire lotus incense," Cori confirmed. "Inspires courage and amplifies basic instincts. Very potent." "But it doesn't affect our noses," Rivo added incredulously as he took a sniff of the spicy incense. His eyes fluttered, and for a brief moment he almost looked as if he was about to go into the same frenzy... but another normal inhale without the incense appeared to calm him without incident. "So I've been spreading this thing around the city all day?" "It looks like it," she confirmed gravely. "What do we do, Uncle? I don't think they're gonna stop. My records say just a brief whiff of the incense does the trick, but people have been inhaling its trail for hours now. This could go on for days... maybe weeks!" Rivo swallowed hard as he looked between the ravenous denizens and his niece. "I guess it's too bad we can't just give them our sense of smell, eh?" he quipped with a defeated chuckle. Cori's ears immediately perked up. "What if it's not that?" "What do you mean?" "What if it's not our sense of smell, but our natural smell itself?" she pondered out loud, her gaze drifting back to the incense. "Gimme that," she said as she yanked the incense from his paw. She, too, took a big whiff of it, and immediately she felt the courageous effect... but as soon as she pulled the incense away, she grew calm once more. "You felt it too, right?" "Yeah... yeah, I think you're onto something!" he agreed. "But we can't exactly just go and, you know, stick our pits in peoples' faces one at a time." Cori grew quiet as her eyes turned to the ground in thought, and slowly her already-red fur began to flush even redder. "Well... what causes our musk to get stronger?" Rivo began to count them out loud on his fingers. "Well, fighting does it. So does fleeing, but we're not in any danger. Excessive feeding can do it, too, and-" "Fucking," Cori stated bluntly. "Which tends to produce the most musk, even if we can't normally pick up the smell." The flicker in Rivo's eyes showed he understood what she was getting at, as did the nervous look on his face. "Cori... surely we can't-" The female vulpera pointed to a troll couple not far from their hiding place. "Those two are brother and sister, and I've been watching them go at it like beasts for an hour now." Her bright green eyes turned sympathetic as she stepped a bit closer to her uncle and took his hands in hers. "I think this is our only option, and if we don't act quick, people are gonna start keeling over in exhaustion. I haven't seen a single one go rehydrate since this started. Lives are at stake." Rivo bit his lip as he gave his niece a brief look up and down. She had matured into a lovely young woman since he'd watched her grow up in Vol'dun, and as an adult he couldn't deny her natural beauty. Looks weren't everything, but of course he already loved her as family, and considering it was her idea.... "Well... okay," Rivo agreed with a hard swallow. "We need to be quick. What's your plan, honey?" Cori's cheeks were practically on fire as she gave her uncle a fleeting, nervous hug. She hadn't expected him to agree as quickly as he had, but deep inside she found herself far more excited than uncomfortable. "To the stables, quick!" * * * * * "This is a bad idea," Rivo remarked nervously as he quickly tied a tight rope around his waist atop the leather saddle. His pack and belongings had been tucked away alongside his niece's personal effects in a far corner of the stables, leaving him fully nude and exposed from his elevated perch. Despite the discomfort of the mount, however, his vulpine tool stood out from between his short legs as straight as an arrow. The black wyvern beneath him shifted as Cori untied its reins from the hitching post, but it obediently kept itself mostly stationary. "I... I really don't like flying." "That's what you're nervous about?" Cori retorted with a half-chuckle. The female vulpera had completely shed every stitch of clothing she had on, save for the pair of spectacles precariously perched atop her snout. Her naked body was covered in the same red fur as Rivo's, and with each step her modestly-sized, unsupported breasts wobbled to and fro. Truly, she seemed quite comfortable as she clambered atop the wyvern's saddle, but stopped to give her uncle a thorough look-over. "We won't be flying too high, and the wing beats will spread our scent even better." The mount wasn't suited for two passengers, but it simply made it all the better for Cori to nestle her plush backside firmly against her uncle's erection. "You okay back there?" she asked gently as she peered over her shoulder at him. Part of Rivo felt like he should be nervous... but truth be told, aside from the flying, the sight of his naked niece was truly exhilarating. His pawed hands reached out to wrap around her bare waist as he hugged himself tight to her, stifling a few groans of delight as he felt her furred cheeks squeeze either side of his cock. "Perfect," he assured her and punctuated it with a tender kiss to her cheek.
