It wasn’t Kolo that most were marveling at, however. It was the effervescent Malai who clung to his arm for dear life that caused jaws to drop. She had always been the girl most others envied, and here she was joined at the hip with a farmboy no one had ever paid any mind to.\n\n”Good morning!” A chipper Dhan called out, waving at his friend with a big smile on his face. “Looks like we both struck gold last night, eh?”\n\nThe remark earned Dhan a prompt bonk on the shoulder. “Quit shouting! You’ll wake up the whole village!” Zisu chided, albeit with a smile on her face. “Do you… really think I’m gold?”\n\n”The purest gold in Pandaria,” he assured her, shrugging off the bonk.\n\n”Well [i]I[/i] wanna be platinum!” Zisu cocked back and half-staggered into her new boyfriend, causing both of them to laugh while Kolo and Malai stopped a few feet from them.\n\n”I’m glad to see you happy, Dhan,” Kolo remarked in earnest. “Have you heard from any of the others this morning?”\n\nDhan shook his head. “It’s still early.”\n\n”Too early,” came the ever-stoic Tanel from directly behind Dhan’s shoulder.\n\nDhan nearly jumped off the ground in surprise. “Easy, damn! I thought you were a warlock, not a rogue!”\n\nTanel cracked a slight smile at this and lightly touched Dhan’s shoulder. “I’ll leave the sneaking to you next time. We’ll never surprise anyone that way.”\n\nThis earned a round of laughter from everyone, but as it died, it was Zisu who chimed in. “No luck last night, pal?”\n\n”Well… I wouldn’t say [i]no[/i] luck,” he confessed. “Noaki rejected me, but someone close to her spent a lot of time with me last night and gave me some very good advice. I may see her again, but I don’t think we’ll be getting serious. I have more training to complete anyway.”\n\n”Restraint is not a bad thing,” Malai remarked and offered him a smile. “It is good to hear you found happiness last night.”\n\nTanel’s smile grew a bit wider. “I suppose it is.”\n\nAt this, a [i]very[/i] bedraggled-looking Len came ambling up to the group. It looked as if he hadn’t slept at all that night, and while the others had redressed themselves, he was still buck naked. He had an almost wild look in his eyes when he glanced between the two couples, then the happy-looking Tanel. “OHHHH GOOOOD FOR YOUUUUU,” he groaned emphatically. “EVERYONE GETS TO BE FUCKING HAPPY AROUND HERE ‘CEPT ME, HUH!?”\n\n”So it would seem,” chimed in the happy-go-lucky Vohi. The large pandaren half-skipped up behind Len and gave him a nudge, while Phi-La affectionately kept a hand trapped in his own. “Sorry, bro. Better luck next month I guess.”\n\n”Nnnnagh!” Len grunted, turned, and darted away from the others, not bothering to wait for the rest.\n\nKolo frowned as he watched him go. “Poor guy. I didn’t know he took the Night Crawl that seriously.”\n\nThis brought a raised eyebrow from Tanel. “How come you care so much? Len’s always been a dick to you.”\n\nKolo shrugged. “He’s still my friend.” This earned him an extra affectionate squeeze from Malai.\n\nTanel shook his head. “That girl must’ve given you an awful lot more than just a bit of confidence. I think it’s about time he ate some humble pie.”\n\n“Who said pie?” The feminine voice preceded an absolutely glowing Senisa, whose hand was buried in the back pocket of Joroko’s pants, while his was in hers in the same fashion.\n\nJoroko’s appearance brought forth some applause from his friends. He couldn’t hear it, but just seeing it made him smile, and he graciously took a bow before them all. [i]”Thank you, thank you! You’re all too kind! I learned how to sign after that so we could communicate better. It’s actually pretty fun!”\n\nSeveral “Awww”s came from the ladies of the group, and all of them began to chatter and give more details about the previous night. Nobody immediately noticed an embarrassed-looking Ulu approach the group, alongside his twin sister, Ursi.\n\nNobody except Vohi, that is.\n\nVohi gave Phi-La’s hand a squeeze before letting it go, then quickly walked over to the fraternal twins. Before they could say anything, the hulking male touched both of their shoulders and guided them in the opposite direction. “Let’s talk privately,” was all he said before ushering them into a small alley between two houses.\n\nUrsi and Ulu were both bright red in the face. “H-Hey Vohi,” Ulu uttered, uncertain as to what was coming. “What, uh, what’s up?”\n\nHe looked from Ursi to Ulu and back. “You two fucked.”\n\nIt wasn’t a question, and their ensuing silence said everything. “Please don’t tell the others,” Ursi implored him and gently took her brother’s hand. “They wouldn’t understand.”\n\n”I know they wouldn’t,” Vohi admitted and looked back over his shoulder. “Noe? Still around?”\n\nFrom the shadows suddenly popped Noe, who bounced to her cousin’s side and grasped his hand, telling them all that really needed to be said. She looked visibly proud of it, too. “I saw them coming a mile away.”\n\nVohi nodded. “Phi-La, Noe, and I have an arrangement. Phi also mentioned last night that she saw you come in just before she left, Ulu. When I saw Dhan and Zisu together, I had a hunch that this might have happened.”\n\n”Don’t think of it as just a cruel joke on Zisu’s part,” Noe said suddenly. “From what Phi told us, she wasn’t trying to hurt you two. She had a feeling there were some other feelings there that you guys hadn’t explored, and she wanted you to do so safely.”\n\n”Is that why she bolted after she caught us?” Ursi added.\n\nVohi nodded. “She wasn’t entirely expecting to catch you two in the act. She felt bad about it, so she ran and wanted to give you two some privacy.” Ursi and Ulu squeezed together a bit closer, bringing a small smile to Vohi’s lips. “Look, I guess I brought you back here just to say… it’s okay. And if you need someone to talk to who gets it, Noe, Phi, and I are here for you two. Okay?”\n\nBoth twin siblings visibly relaxed. “Yeah… okay,” Ulu added with more than a little relief. “Thank you, Vohi, Noe.
