The 🐾 sibilities are endless!\n\nThe other day while doodling on the bus I came up with a rough concept and today I decided to fiddle with a life-size mock up. This picture is the result! Specific things I wanted to do was incorporate my bold lines, a sphere-world background, and a nameplate with some sheen and depth. \n\nThe layout is pretty much just as I’d hoped, I just feel that I can do much better with more materials. More markers and some white pens for highlighting will help a lot.\n\nI think going forward I want to try to keep the “border” of the name plate white, the intention to make the plate look like a puffy sticker (my absolute favorite). Unfortunately while coloring her leg my Copic went ballistic and leaked out a pool of ink into the text!\n\nBut yeah. I’d like to use lighter colors for the background, maybe something more pastel, as I think it crowds the image a little much and smothers the subject. And you want to see the character most, right?\n\nWhat do you all think?
