About the draw:
This draw seriously risked not seeing the light, even before it was inked...because while it was on my drawing stand, a gust of wind made it end up on the ground, where it was targeted by my cat. I managed to get it out of my cat's clutches just in time (albeit with some scars) and it seemed irreparably ruined.
Then the brainstorm; the drawing refers to a historical fact, which occurred in an era with black and white still in the films and photos. So, instead of doing a colored draw (as it was originally supposed to be), I opted to "color" it only in black and white; and the wrinklings of the sheet would have given that touch of antique, maybe vintage...and I think that effect could have done quite well
