"description": "Kali doodle, felt good with this one and I like how he looks here, the changes in his size also reflects myself, ive lost a good amount of weight due to eating better and exercising, also found a big trigger for my depression so working on avoiding things that set it off. Also starting to get my confidence up and being less careful about what people think and break my anxiety up to be able to eliminate it or severely reduce it. Depression is fading in its intensity thank goodness working on my journey of self improvement slowly but surely, trying to stablise my mindset, catch myself ruminating on things and overthinking stuff (to stop myself from doing so) and actually having the spirit to be able to get up and do something about what's going on. \n\nFor those battling depression and anxiety, its a tough battle and is not one that is easily won. There is no set remedy for everyone as of course everyone is unique and different, everyone's situation is also unique. but if it helps you, common triggers for me is caring too much about what people think, rumination and overthinking things (My autism tends to amplify already awful scenarios in my head). \nA big trigger is fast / junk food such as burgers pizzas and other high fat foods really cause me to spiral and make me feel not only down but also clogged up and stuffy. I find that working toward a better diet slowly and weaning off the bad food is the best thing for it, so like start by having a piece of your favourite fruit once every couple days or so (no strict rules on that just every so often) and gradually introduce more healthy things into your diet. its much easier to take small steps to climb a staircase than it is to try and tackle it all at once and scale a cliff. Once the diet is underway, it gives you more energy to tackle the other things and subsequently makes you feel tonnes better in the long run. perhaps even introduce a little workout routine, I started with lifting wieghts once a week and worked my way up\n\nPosted using PostyBirb",
