A Mimicking Suckbug will take a form it deems appropriate shortly after birth or after shedding its previous form due to traumatic injury, such as descent from orbit. It will keep this form for the rest of its life unless it is forcibly removed or destroyed. \n\nThe latter half of its name comes from the method with which it digests its prey, which we will see firsthand shortly.\n\nThis Mimicking Suckbug has taken one of the most common forms for fooling the species on Planet Fur: an outdoor vacuum cleaner. Its suction tube conveniently houses the voracious proboscis, and the large, cylindrical base provides plenty of space to hold smaller prey.
