Like most, Evalyn Nan hadn't always been a villain, and she hadn't even been all that dangerous at one time. No, the brilliant but unfortunately sterile scientist was once a normal member of society. Her inability to have children of her own however bothered her deeply turning her moody. She and her husband tried everything, but it was no use. She just wouldn't accept it though, so eventually her husband left her.
Growing obsessed with the idea of having kids, the still lovely lady goat turned to adoption, but her deteriorating mental health made the adoption board leery of trusting her with children. She was furious with that response and swore she would have kids and make them regret turning her down at the same time. Shortly after that, her employer, South Harbor Amalgamated Chemicals, Ltd. reported a large amount of supplies and equipment missing, and Dr. Nan was nowhere to be found.
Some months later, member of the adoption board started to go missing, and no matter what they tried, police were unable to track down the culprit. It wasn't until the shape-changing superheroine Alter-Nat impersonated one of the last few adoption board members and got abducted herself that they discovered the now thoroughly mad scientist had employed a variety of gadgets and chemicals to bypass security, immobilize, extract her targets, and wipe away all traces of her having been there.
The most startling discovery though was the fate of the adoption board members. Each one had been hooked to an IV filled with a chemical that reproduced the properties of the legendary fountain of youth albeit through a slower process. Unfortunately for Nat and the adoption board member, she was discovered before she could break free and the real member was captured as well. By the time the other heroines tracked Alter-Nat down by the low frequency pulse emitter that had been carefully concealed and embedded in her jaw bone, the process was nearly complete, and Natalie had already been reduced to a pre-teen. Just like with the incident that had turned Nathan into Natalie, the counter-agent that restored the adoption board members couldn't cure her.
Still, the adoption board members did reluctantly admit that despite being a bit strict and dressing them in embarrassingly childish outfits, Evalyn Nan had been a reasonably good mother to them. Those sentiments were eventually repeated when she managed to take over the jail she was sent to and convert it into a high security daycare for several months. Most of the deviancy that went on was actually perpetrated by the criminals who aided in her take over, and some of the victims were other criminals with whom they'd had a dispute.
No, it was only after the fight with superheroine Heavy Metal that liberated the jail and cracked open the ground beneath her dumping her into an underground river that things changed. She was presumed to have drowned and a funeral was held in her name, but in actuality she'd survived, washing up in a tiny cavern that held a simple iron circlet inside a pentagram. She wasn't stupid, but she was cold, wet, tired, and trapped with a finite amount of air. She knew without scuba gear she couldn't get back the way she came, and she had no way of knowing if she could survive traveling any farther down the underground river, but she seriously doubted it. The circlet called to her promising power in exchange for freedom, and seeing no other option, she accepted.
No one is precisely certain of the details, but ever since then her actions have gotten quite a bit more malicious. Heavy Metal was the first to disappear and gradually several others joined her. This time when her lair was discovered, the fight was much more even with several more heroines getting converted to adolescents before she was finally forced to retreat. This time the captives had mostly been found naked, often in uncomfortable or humiliating predicaments, and reports mentioned her speaking to an unseen entity she called Erol. One paranormally sensitive heroine reported having seen an imp-like figure following her around as well.
Now her latest victims Tarra Nebendi and Destine Atrox a.k.a. Hoar Frost and Aetherstorm lie in her new dungeon after their defeat, occasionally visited by the goat or her guests. Somehow stripped of her powers as well as her clothes, the tiger kitten has been left to lay on the floor, tightly restrained, her legs embarrassingly spread to show off the toys stuffing her. Destine has a less comfortable seat on a pole that keeps her leaned just enough forward that she must hold onto a bar to keep from pitching forwards off the stone platform she's on.
Both girls feel the constant buzz of the toys inside them, trying to distract them, but the truly fiendish part is in how the fates of the girls are intertwined. Each one has a collar pressing bearably but uncomfortably around her neck. Destine's collar is tied to the bar she's gripping in order to maintain her balance so that she doesn't pitch forward and strangle herself. Should she do so, the rope binding her wrists would tug at the lines leading up from her stone block to the horizontal bar tugging it down. When it's pulled down, a mechanism pulls up on the bar Tarra's collar is tied to choking her as well.
Oh, but that by itself wouldn't have been entertaining enough, so to make their lives more miserable, the shaft inside Destine's sex is capable of extending, pistoning painfully against and then through her cervix and beyond until she's unable to hold onto the bar and loses her grip followed by her balance. To prevent that for both their sakes, Tarra can divert power from the piston to the box between her legs by pressing a button. The box however is a TENS unit linked to the toys filling her holes which turns them from mildly arousing vibrators into cruel shock sticks.
The pistons take a couple seconds to get going, so she can spare Destine some torment by only giving herself brief shocks, but that takes more effort and concentration than just holding or releasing the button alone. Destine can in turn spare Tarra some of that pain by breathing on a dangling heat sensor to keep it warm and thereby transfer most of the power to an infrared laser mounted on the base of the shaft penetrating her. The laser is focused on her clit however, and excessive warming will feed too much power to the laser causing it to go from very uncomfortable to outright painful.
In reality there is little danger to the girls, but they don't know that. Safeties built into the devices prevent complete strangulation and will reduce intensity of the torments to prevent serious harm, but frequent applications of hypnosis during those times when the light flickers keep the girls disoriented and unable to realize this. They've actually been kept there for several weeks now, periodically taken out of their bindings, fed, cleaned, paraded around naked or in some humiliating outfit in front of visiting villains then made to forget it all once they're put back in their restraints. If they're lucky, Super Pussy will manage to find them before Dr. Hourglass finds her, or else they'll have to wait another two weeks for Enigma's astral delving to finally bear fruit, and there's no guarantee something won't happen to her either. In the meantime, life just isn't very pleasant for these girls.
