Building and maintaining the Iron Dragon suit - not to mention all of the assorted equipment, like repair bays and manufacturing facilities - was not cheap. Fortunately, the same intellect that let her design the suit could be turned to other purposes. Ones that others would pay quite well for. Her research lab turned a very tidy profit with her devices. The military connections came in handy as well.
But, the cost of owning and running what was, all modesty aside, a major defense design and manufacturing corporation, was the need to keep up with the business and social side of the company as well. She couldn’t patrol every day. Sometimes she needed to attend board meetings; sometimes she needed to go to charity auctions and whatnot. Today, her schedule had included a visit to a new hospital that the company had helped fund. A worthwhile investment and one she thought was well worth making, to be sure, but she rarely enjoyed the actual ceremonial part of the openings.
The opening went off smoothly, if interminably. The politicians and other donors were determined to get their time in front of the cameras. Setta made her statement quick, then departed the hospital for a walk to restore some circulation in her legs after sitting all that time. And she was hardly a block away when she came across the Rubber Mouse.
The elastic heroine wasn’t in a good situation at the time. She’d been tied between two parking meters, with her crotch shoved down over a fire hydrant. It looked uncomfortable. It also looked like the aftermath of a hero/villain fight - one in which the Rubber Mouse had come off badly overmatched, and been left tied up while the villain in question went off to do whatever crimes they’d had in mind when the heroine interrupted them.
Under the Quiet Accords, a captured villain would spend at least a few months in jail when caught - and a captured heroine would be a villain’s prisoner for a like amount of time. But if they escaped - or were rescued - before the captor could get them away from the scene, they were free to go.
Unfortunately, if someone tried to stage a rescue and got caught, then they’d be a prisoner too. A civilian - or a hero in civilian guise - trying to intervene was ‘playing hero’ and subject to capture. So when Setta was getting Arle’s ankles untied from one parking meter, and felt an oversized, beefy hand gripping her shoulder.
"Gotcha," smirked Alice Bakk.
Without her suit, Setta didn’t have any physical abilities that would let her match up with a super-powered type. Given a few minutes, a screwdriver, and some parts, she could have whipped something up. As it was. the naturist villain had her clothes torn off in seconds - and then the Rubber Mouse’s limbs were being yanked around her, arms to arms, legs to legs. And then Alice yanked the Rubber Mouse’s tongue out, over Setta’s shoulder, and around Setta’s breasts in a repeated figure eight, squeezing them out into a pair of muffintops, tonguetip left dangling between them. A large, strong hand forced Setta’s mouth open, and Arle’s breasts were yanked out, to pitiful whines from the aching rubber heroine, and actually tied in Setta’s mouth. Not only did they force Setta’s jaws wide open, but they ensured she couldn’t use her firebreath - the Rubber Mouse was just about indestructible, but fire was no less painful to her.
Setta grunted as Alice picked her up, and then Setta’s face heated as she felt the villain cupping her breast and crotch, fingers rubbing her nipple and groin.
"I saw you wandering this way and didn’t think you could pass her up," she smugly said, and tweaked Setta’s nipple. "Huh. Guess the swan did have you on something when she had you in that milker before. Oh well. It’s not the swan making you wet, it is?”
Setta jerked and yelped into her gag as Alice’s fingers slid into her cleft. “Nope. Not the swan,” she snickered. “Bet you wish she hadn’t made you tell the cameras how you get off on stuff like this, huh?” Her thumb flicked and Setta gasped. “Or maybe you’re kinda glad she did? I bet I can make you go off before I even get home…”
