The bell rang, making the cub jump in his seat, startled as he was in the middle of staring at the ever growing snow banks, groaning in defeat as he slowly stuffed his books and pencils into his backpack, dragging his feet while every other kid sprinted out as quickly as they could. Owen grabbed his jacket and slipped it on, hiding his floppy ears underneath a thick beanie and tucking his bare hands into his pockets before stepping outside, immediately shivering as the freezing wind cut into him, sighing as he realised that he had to give up. The boy tossed his backpack down and opened it up, pulling out his pair of gloves, pinching them by the corner and holding them at arm's length as he groaned and grimaced, the foul scent of them reaching his nostrils as he stared at a tiny brown stain on one. The stained gloves were the result of his big brother's infatuation with making his life a living hell through forcing the pup to smell his sibling's ass, whether it be through having almost all of his clothes and toys marked and soiled or by simply pinning the cub under said butt. Owen had noticed the stink emanating from his gloves shortly after leaving home, but thankfully the weather had been nice enough that he was able to get to school without having to wear them.
