", "writing": "Royal Inspection\n\nBundling up tight, yanking a warm beanie over his head and hiding away his little horn stumps underneath it, zipping up his jacket and wrapping a scarf around his neck, Asriel was beaming with joy as he hurried outside into the cool air. Wading into the soft, fluffy snow, the 10 year old goat looked around the town, waving hello to all the residents he sprinted past as he raced through Snowdin, in a hurry to get to the edge of town to finish off his masterpiece. The little prince loved visiting Snowdin, always begging his parents to take him along whenever the couple were coming to the town, loving every second he spent there even though Toriel and Asgore were busy taking care of boring political business most of the time. While his parents would spend the day chatting away and doing paperwork, Asriel would pass the time outdoors in the snow, doing whatever he felt like, whether it be having a snowball fight with some of the other cubs, building a little igloo, or trying to perfect his signature in the snow whenever he'd guzzled down a little bit too much soda. The young goat's latest creation was a big snowman he was putting together near the edge of the town, spotting the two big balls he'd rolled up as he approached the forest, left there after his fingers had gotten a little bit chilly, signalling that he was due for a break. Feeling reinvigorated and warm again after a cup of hot chocolate, Asriel was ready to return to his task, pulling out the carrot he'd pilfered from the shop to act as his new friend's nose, tossing it beside a few rocks and sticks he'd already gathered up next to where he'd erect the body of the snowman. Tucked away off to the side and out of sight of the town, the young goat got back to work rolling up the next piece of his snowman, having spent so much time in Snowdin that he wasn't worried in the least about just how far away from the rest of the residents he'd set up his site at, sure that he was in no risk at all since he knew everyone there so well. Grunting softly as he pushed the big ball of snow along, letting it gather up more mass and swell up in size, the little royal had no idea that he was being watched the whole time, a pair of eyes staring out at him from the woods. \n\nHaving left his little cabin to head into town to get some food, as well as to strike up some conversation about politics and the usual with some of his fellow residents, Marshall spotted the little goat from some distance back, stopping in his tracks as he peered out from the woods. Wearing his usual orange jacket, the bear leaned against a tree and silently watched the boy dashing about, a soft smile on his face as his attentive eyes followed the prince's every move. The big and bulky ursine man's face expression might've seemed warm, almost academic and curious more than anything, yet the lack of any clothes beneath his waistline betrayed the bear's true interest in Asriel, a pink tip slowly poking out of his furry sheath, growing in size as he watched the cub from a distance. After pondering about the kid for some time, seemingly debating whether he should go for it or just continue on his way without disturbing the little royal, Marshall finally stepped out from the woods and into the clearing, the rustling of the bushes catching Asriel’s attention.
