The boy's cousin had just turned 10, and both siblings were invited to the birthday bash as well as a sleepover right afterwards, though the younger kangaroo's awkward situation with being potty trained made Sarah decide to only let Sebastian stay overnight, with her and Diego leaving after the party. The birthday bash wasn't supposed to start for a few hours yet, but the woman still wanted to get a move on, since she wanted to first go by the mall for some shopping as well as getting her nephew a present. With his change of clothes, toothbrush, and everything else needed for a sleepover already packed, Sebastian grabbed his bag and headed for the front door, only stopping as he felt a slight tingle in the back of his throat. Quickly grabbing a small bottle of soda from the fridge to quench his parched throat, the boy kicked his shoes on and stepped out just as his little brother came down the stairs, the slight bulge of a diaper in Diego's shorts making him giggle as his mother shot him another annoyed glare. \n\nTossing his bag in the back of the car before cracking open the ice cold bottle of soda, Sebastian had already managed to guzzle down more than half of it by the time his mom and little brother came out of the house, another quarter of it disappearing down his throat as both cubs loaded into the back seat. Sarah peeked into her rear view mirror, making sure that the boys weren't getting into trouble as she put on her seat belt and started the car, glaring at the two kids sitting side by side, her youngest staring out the window while the older kangaroo focused on his phone.
