Kai moaned, feeling his member react to that as his heart began racing. Was he being serious? Usually, he had his playing pretend voice on. This sounded like he wasn't joking...

"Want me to clear it up for you?" Kit asked, untaping his diaper so that it felt to the ground with a heavy thud. He pressed his foot to Kai's face and lowered him to the ground softly using the lead. Then he began pissing on Kai's crotch.

Kai whimpered, not fighting back as the younger cub marked his shorts with a small accident that couldn't be mistaken on his white shorts. The yellow stain ran from his crotch down to his pantleg, almost as if he'd done it himself.

Kit then showed him the photo he'd just taken on his phone - just in frame enough to show that it was Kai's clothes, but cropped to omit the collar and leash. His paw then swiped to the next picture in his photo gallery, revealing a picture of a wet stain on Kai's bed. And another. And another. And the diapers beneath the older boy's bed. Then a photo of him sleeping in bed with a clearly soaked diaper. Combined, they showed weeks of bedwetting activities that Kai wasn't aware his little brother was accumulating.

"Well?" Kit asked. "Do you want to be my diaper-dependent little baby brother?"

Kai remembered back to when he'd initially refused his little brother months ago and thought about all their recent fun. He wasn't sure this was the right course of action, but his better judgement also wasn't necessarily in full display. "Yes, big brother...Bark!"

The sound of a send notification went off, but the phone and all the repercussions of that went to the wayside as Kit began stripping his brother to put him in that thoroughly used diaper. Kai's chastity cage began to leak and it jingled against itself as his male parts threatened to burst free.
