"While I would enjoy some companionship, I believe I have shown in the past my incapability to swim, something I would rather correct in a controlled environment with an instructor," he said. "But don't worry, I'll be right here if you need me." "Oh, gotcha." "Well, I'm here! What'd'you think?" The voice was Dee Dee's. The others turned around to see her. She was posing glamorously with a two-piece pink bikini, one that fit her form well. "Whoa! Cool swimsuit, Dee Dee!" Dad said. "I think it makes you look great!" Mom said. "Well, Dex," Dee Dee said, "like the new look?" "I do find it aesthetically pleasing," Dexter said. "Though, I feel it is necessary to point out a design flaw in your suit. Specifically, the structural integrity of the suit seems to be called into question. Having suffered previous poolside difficulties, I feel that that swimsuit would not last long in the water. "Hm. You're the genius. Well, might as well give it a test run!" Dee Dee moved to the edge of the pool, and made a majestic dive. Under the water, Dee Dee arced her long body like a dolphin, then twirled in a circle. She then jumped out of the water multiple times, going back in in an arc. She did a backstroke across the pool, then a breaststroke on the other side, and finally took a long dive into the water, falling to the very bottom, then climbed herself back up to the surface, letting her hair flow as if she were a mermaid. Dexter, his mother and father clapped at the performance. "Astonishing!" Dexter said. "Beautiful!" Mom said. "Smooth moves, Dee Dee!" Dad said. "Thanks guys!" Dee Dee said, stepping out of the pool. "So what do you think? Is it structurally integrous enough for you, Dex?" However, all eyes but Dee Dee's were on the swimsuit pieces in the water, and things suddenly got quiet.
