They're intended to be cute, stylized little girls, so it makes sense that they wouldn't actually have the offending areas on their bodies. Think of them as kinda like cartoon characters to the extreme.\n\nAs for why I believe they would have butts, but no nipples or slits, well, in cartoons, butts are often present on characters because they're humorous; but since the PPGs are American creations, they wouldn't have the privates in those areas.
