- Please wait for my OK to pay for a commission / custom, if I didn't say I accepted the purchase the points/money will be refunded to you.
- I won't give refunds if the commission / custom adopt is done and posted. I will give half refunds if the adopt/comm hasn't been finished but a WIP is in progress, a FULL refund will be given if I haven't started on it in about a month's time - but only if you have asked me for a refund.
ORIGINAL SPECIES (OPEN & CLOSED)- If you sell one of my original or fan species PLEASE CONFIRM IT WITH ME. I will tell their new owner about the species information and change the ownership to their new owner as well. OR, if you don't want it you can give it back to me an I can re-sell it. It's all up on you if you want to give it back to me or contact me to ask if you can give it to someone else.
- If you are on my Blacklist, you cannot own ANY of my original species; fan-made, closed, or open. Doesn't matter.
- Please be sure to read all species information.
ADOPTABLES- For shared OCs (meaning both you and another person own the same character), both people will have to split the amount with me 50/50.
- I can only hold adopts for someone for 1 month, if the payment (paypal/artwork) isn't received until the deadline then the adopt will be open for anyone to grab again.
- Please wait for my OK to pay for an adopt, if I didn't say I accepted the purchase the points/money will be refunded to you.
- If you don't use the character, and I mean giving them story, art, etc. I want to know if you're ACTUALLY using my designs.
EXTRA- Please do not rush me! However if you paid for the Rush Fee, poke me as many times as you want to get your comm done within a deadline.
- Half-payments are fine, but the final product will not be posted until the final payment is sent.
- You are free to change anything about any characters you purchase from me; name, sexuality, personality, backstory, appearance, species, gender, everything and anything! Everything is fair game for you to change to your personal liking.
- If you break anything on my TOS, I will revoke my designs and resell / retrade them.
