And I thought to myself ... if a person saw these people and felt threatened, like they were in danger of immediate bodily harm like any reasonably minded person might upon seeing this group of people, wouldn't they also be within their legal rights to shoot first? And hence this hypothetical was born. No it is not a real situation that happened, nor is it likely to happen. It is not intended as propaganda to convince you one way or another and I strongly urge you as consumers of media to educate yourselves on gun control laws, the second amendment and the open carry movement before you make a judgment based on the satire presented here.\n\nThanks to everyone who contributed to the discussion, I feel like the people who presented counter-arguments against gun control actually did a fantastic job presenting their side and I feel I may have actually been moved a little in my opinion on the subject - for example, in more rural areas I can see that guns serve practical use as tools for more than just murder and I can understand how it makes sense to keep gun control legislation in the hands of state rather than federal government for that reason.
