  "description": "Uhh nipples on sonic and shadow anyone? \nI’m not sure. \n\nALL RIGHT. I’ve done a lot of sketches these 2 days to change the look of shadow and sonic. \nI picked a few artists work and started tracing the outlines to see what made their sonic characters look so good. The verdict. It was not anatomy, it was the general shape of the character which were usually just composed of cylinders and rounded cuboids. I still wanted a blend of anatomy in there so I’ll add a few creases here and there. \nThese 2 were the final few sketches drawn from scratch with no references. \nRealised that rough sketching really results in a more natural look as opposed to first sketching then inking the outlines on another layer. this takes about 1.5 times longer\nso from now on i will directly draw the final result instead of adding the inking stage. It will not be as clean but that’s ok. \n\nShoutout to @WeirdAndShameless for telling me what to improve on. It really helps and I hope to do better in the future. \n",
