By the way, the people that does this, are not serial killers, they are actually government agents. This one is called Kruger (lastname?) and he enjoys hypnotizing and humiliating his victims in live streams. He takes pleasure in it and shows it to people who shares the same taste. The arms and head dangled and Kruger smiled once more "Now, let me enjoy the remaining warmth you have before I start skinning you. But don't worry, I won't touch your beautiful head, that will be taken to the taxidermist, and you will live forever"
