New Beginning 2072

Chapter one.
The rude awakening.

4:34AM the 4th day. Everybody in the den was asleep...apart from Tillis.
Looking at herself in the mirror in the dim light of her lamp, she slowly runs her fingers over the scar that ran from her right hip to her stomach. She dosn't remember how she got the scar but when ever she looked at it it always made her upset as if there was something about her past that she has yet to uncover, Her eyes begin to well with tears and roll down her cheeks she wipes them away with the back of her paw. Then there's a quiet knock at the door as Alvarez enters her room.
Alvarez: "Are you OK Tillis? I heard crying, It was that dream again wasn't it?"
Tillis: *sniff* "yes" wiping her tears away then making for her bed to sit down.
Alvarez made his way over to her closing the door on his way. Alvarez was very Fox like in looks he was also very slim but very toned with soft pale orange fur and long dark hair which covered half of his face and his blue eyes, He was taller than Tillis but not by much. Tillis however was more Feline, she had a very curvy body and very long dark hair which went past her shoulder blades, her fur was a very pale skin colour and her eyes were very blue.
She liked Alvarez a lot, he was always there for her when she needed him and always made her feel safe when he was around.
Alvarez sat next to Tillis and put his arm around her pulling her close to him, they didn't speak, they didn't need to, Tillis had already felt comfortable in his arms. they sat there for awhile as Tillis closes her eyes and starts drifting to sleep, Alvarez jogs her and says "Think you should get some sleep now babe" as Tillis crawls up to her pillow and puts her head down Alvarez lays down beside her watching her quietly fall asleep while he slowly drifts to sleep by her side.

Its morning in the den and Custurd comes bursting into the main room as Nikki is cooking up some breakfast for the den mates.
Custurd: "Awww what a lovely morning it is!!! and what are we cooking today Ms Nikki?!"
Nikki: "Some yummy food full of protein's for such a young lively person as yourself Custurd"
Custurd puts her nose in the air and smells what Nikki is preparing. "Ahhh not that survivor goo again...that stuff taste like glue and looks like it!" Survivor food was like rations it was comprised of processed wheat and corn, it wasn't particular'y tasty but was full of nutrients.
Custurd slowly made her way over to the table scuffing her paws along the floor and sulking. Custurd was very Rabbit like as she had very very long ears which went past her hips, she was very slim and small given she was the youngest of the den mates being a teenager still. she had long soft pink hair and pale yellow fur and deep purple eyes, shes was very pretty and innocent looking up until the point she opens her mouth, She was wearing her favorite bright pink T-shirt covered in small silver stars which went down past her knees in length.
Nikki on the other hand was the shortest of all the den mates and also the biggest, she was very cuddly and very adorable, her fur was dark brown almost like milk chocolate and she had even darker brown long hair which was on most occasions tied back into a pony tail and big green eyes, A lot of people would call her nicknames like fudge pudding or chocolate rolls. Being called names upset her at times but thankfully her den mates were all understanding and never made such remarks. She was wearing her red bra which left little to the imagination and a pair of tight blue jeans which she always left unbuttoned at the top.
As Nikki spoons the breakfast into the 5 bowls on the table Iria leaves hers and Custurds room to join them for breakfast.
Iria was Feline in looks and was shorter than Tillis but taller than Custurd, she had long rich dark red hair and pale yellow fur with light brown fur which went from her lower waist to her rather large for her size breasts. She was always very elegant looking and took pride in her appearance and today was no exception as she made her way to the table with a flowing red satin gown loosely tied up at the front showing of the majority of her body, she knew she looked good and she wanted to show it, However today she had a very angry look on her face.
Iria sat opposite Custurd at the table then bursts out "Thank you Custurd for waking me and everyone else in the den with your excessive squawking in the bathroom this morning"
Custurds face turns a pale shade of red "I wasn't that loud was I? Besides I was only working on my voice as i'm going to be a pop star when I grow up!" Nikki and Iria crumpled their mouth but let it be.
As Nikki lays the table with the bowls of food Tillis's room door opens and Tillis and Alvarez make their way to the table, Tillis was wearing her favorite green shirt which was obviuosly 6 sizes to small for her as she couldn't button it together, Despite this she still wore it as it was sentimental to her as its the only thing she has that remind her of her past as when she was found abandoned it was that shirt which she was found cuddled up in. Along with her shirt she had a slightly tight pair of black knickers on. Alvarez however was topless and just wearing a baggy pair of black jeans.
Custurd: "Ohhh Hey how are the newly weds!?" All the den mates turn to Custurd and look at her with disgust.
Nikki: "Hi Alva and Tillis, I noticed you left the room early in the morning Alva was everything ok?" Alvarez and Nikki shared a room together much like Iria and Custurd Tillis however had a room to herself.
Alvarez: "Oh Hi Nikki yes its fine and im sorry if I Disturbed you at all"
Nikki: "No worries Hun" As Nikki smiles sweetly at Alvarez, she clearly liked Alvarez alot but could see he was more taken with Tillis but that didn't stop her trying her luck with him.
Alvarez: "And yes thank you Custurd for that early morning alarm...again, Where would we be without you eh?" Custurd crumples her face and looks into her bowl of breakfast.
Nikki: Well eat up guys you got a busy day ahead of you"
Custurd: "But this survivor slime is horrible how can you eat this stuff!" slamming her spoon down on the table and pushing the bowl away to to show shes done even though she'd only eaten a spoon and a half.
Nikki: "well if you don't want it Hun help yourself to some bread, you need to eat"
Custurd: "Hmph bread...NO THANKS!" as she storms of into her room slamming the door behind her, leaving the other 4 den mates to eat their breakfast in peace.
