  "description": "[s]yeah I know I basically reused the same pose from [url=https://inkbunny.net/s/3311723][i]Morning Back Problems[/i][/url], shut up lol[/s]\n\nFun little story behind this one: I was hanging out at best friend's place with him, his girlfriend, and another friend of ours. I had brought a sketch book to do some practice and was trying (and failing) to draw Bernadette. \nSo my best friend recommended instead of trying to translate a pixel art design to traditional to just do a new character design, his girlfriend added to use a crap to of references instead of just guessing, and our other friend gave me the prompt to do a minotaur. \nAdmittedly I had forgotten that prompt till about halfway through the sketch (hell the .kra file for this is called \"pregdogtest\"), but when I did I decided to just do a normal cow instead. [s]although I'll probably revisit that idea another day[/s]\n\nKrita thankfully has a really nice reference image function that just lets you plop in as you want without having to make a new layer, so my work space was plastered with a TON of pregnant women and cow heads at different angles (even out of college my materials are always cluttered XD). \nFor her design I decided to go for a sort of \"Punk Rock\" kinda feel, after a conversation I had had with my friends trying to define our aesthetics and I thought I was Punk, but they said I was more \"Metalhead Dad\" style (which hey, I'll take that one XD). ...admittedly I've never been to versed in aesthetics so I'm not [i]100%[/i] sure if what I made would be considered punk. Might be more goth than anything. \nI was gonna give her more piercings, but if I draw more of her I don't want all of them being one side of her (plus can't really show off a tongue piercing with her mouth closed :p )\n\nStill a lot of room for improvement, and stop me if you've heard this one before but: drawing hands? [b][i]AUUGH[/i][/b] And would you believe that the hand resting on her belly was the one that gave me the most trouble? \nAnd getting her hair right also took a bit longer than expected, but I think I pulled it off pretty well! If this was in Aseprite I probably would have gave up and either did a different style or no hair at all. \nAnd the shading? ...well it definitely looks better than it did without it so hey!
