Welcome to the Silverfalls gated community, a lovely place to live in South Boston.


This is a place for families who want to live their sexual desire, no matter if those are judged by society or even illegal. Anything goes in this gated community as long as every participant gives their consent.
Incest is completely legal here, fucking young cubs absolutely no problem and all that completely save from everyone who disagrees with those things, including law enforcement.
The main focus of the community is families with cubs of course, there are some singles (mostly female though), but those are only special people that were brought there by other residents and staff members of course. 
Families and singles that can live there are approached by the founder and invited for a visit and interview. After that the founder together with a board of residents decides if they really fit in the community or not.
There are offers for families of all income classes. There are big houses for those who have more to invest, but also nice smaller flats for those who have fewer money. Silverfalls should be a home for all naughty families and not only the wealthy ones. The founder has created a way to secure funds for the community, regardless of its residents income (a little bit more about that later). For cubs and teens that want to live there without their parents (because they don’t support this live style for example), there even is a special dormitory with usually one adult in charge to help them with what they need (if they need help, which they often don’t also more about this later)
Inside the walls of Silverfalls you can find everything you need for your daily life.
There is:
* A Supermarket that supplies residents with everything they need
* Some clothing stores for different styles of clothing
* A barber shop
* A gym and a public pool
* A school and kindergarten (also later more on that)
* Parks and playgrounds 
* Several sport places (for golf, tennis and such)
* A fantasy/comic/tcg store
* A filming studio (also more later on)
* Several restaurants 
* A parking garage 
* A klinic
* Small Fire department

The families living here should be able to do everything they want within the protection of the community. 


Some notable places, that might need more information are:


Dormitory for kids and teens without parents:
This is a place where teens and kids that want to live the community lifestyle, but do not have the approval of their parents can stay. On the outside it's proclaimed as a residential school building (and therefore parents don't have a problem with their kids staying there).
The rat teenager Amelia is the oldest one living in the dormitory and acts as a bit of an replacement mom/older sister for all the younger kids. There are some adults, that are there to help the kids if they need anything, but they are rarely needed since Amelia handels the house pretty good. 


The school and kindergarden:
The community owns a school and kindergarden. Those are not only open to members, but also to the public. Tuition is pretty expensive (girls in the dormitory get a scholarship however so they can attend). The school building do not lie within the gated community, but in a separate gated are that can be reached from community grounds. Only teachers and students are allowed on school grounds the only exeption are the sport stadiums, where the school teams have their competition, those are again on separate grounds to give public access.
The school has soccer, lacrosse, hokey, basketball, ice hockey , tennis and football teams for both boys and girls.
Teachers at the school are selected to be sexually open minded and in support of the things going on in the community, only very few live there however. 


The gym:
Nothing too special, helps moms and dads stay in shape (or get back in shape after pregnancy). The kids usually don't go there since they do sports in school. 


The pool:
The pool is a place to swim, have fun and relax. There are big pools for swimming, waterslides, playing pools, an artificial beach and forrest with different theme pools (like a pond in the forest pool). There also is a naughty are where everyone walks around nacked and where there are a lot of cosy corners and little cabines to play some naughty games. Of course you can also Dick in the pools of the naughty area if you like to.


The fantasy/comic/tcg store:
Now you may wonder, why a simple shop like this is something special. Well it is one of the few places that can be entered from outside the community. It lies on the very edge of the wall surrounding the community an has a door to the outside. However people from the outside can't enter the community here, because you need a special key card to do so. The shop is owned by Sarah Jane one of the resident's who sells all kinds of geek stuff there and hosts some events. 


The filming studio:
The studio is one of the main sources of income for the community, maybe the most important one of all. 
As you can guess it's a place that produces cub porn DVDs, Magazines and also films for a website (mostly the same stuff as the DVDs, but with a monthly subscription.
They shoot all kinds of porn as long as cubs are somehow involved. Adult on cub / cub on cub / teen on cub / solo cub, straight/gay/lesbian/bisexual, couples, threesomes, orgies, soft, hard,.... whatever you fancy, they probably did a video on it.
Everybody in the community can apply for films there, but nobody has to (most of them do though). Adults get paid a small compensation for their time, cubs get paid better giving them a good way to boost their pocket money. 
The website and sales are all managed by the founder, he also somehow manages the secret distribution of the DVDs and Magazines (which are illegal, outside of course). To protect the adults playing in the films their faces are edited so they are not noticed on the outside.
Since the films, Magazines and subscriptions fetch a high price on the black market this earns enough money to sustain the community and school (There are still rent and fees to be paid, but not nearly as much as there would be paid in other communities like this).


Parking garage:
The garage is near the gateway to the community. Within the grounds of the community cars are forbidden and everybody drives in electrical golf carts.


The clinic:
Medical care is important for everybody, so the founder wanted to have a little clinic for his residents. Dr.Sophie Green is the one responsible here, she is a trained doctor for adults and kids and can do all important things with her staff and equipment. For bigger operations the founder has specialists from outside to assist Dr. Green. Medical care is free for all residents.
