Elly, my mate, flies though the forest of the world where we are located. Elly is of another universe, which I live in with her, due to random and fateful circumstance. She flies through the woods of her world until she reaches the stone gateway which connects between our two worlds. She speaks the password that allows the gate to open, and she hurriedly flies through. Elly attempts to use the device I gave her just before she left. A wave of energy goes in all directions. There is a response this time, telling and showing her the exact location and direction of the research station. Elly pauses for a second, trying to understand the new information. Understanding the information, Elly opens a portal and flies through. On the other side is an alien space station corridor, with a door to one side, and an adjacent corridor crossing it a ways down. The corridor is windowless, and has a dark gray color scheme. The gravity is about 3 times that of Earth with a pressure of 3 atmospheres. "A-aah.. W-why do I f-feel so weighed down?..." The pressure and gravity immediately sets in, hurting her. An alien officer comes past a bend in the corridor. He's dressed from the neck down in a black, white, and blue uniform, his skin the same shade of blue as the uniform's. He sees Elly and immediately runs towards her, questioning her in an alien language that she doesn't recognize. Elly groans, forcing herself to stand. "M-my mate... Gabriel... v-virus... h-help..." She can barely speak. He tilts his head to the side, as if a confused feline. He gives her an order she can't understand, and pulls out a sort of hand weapon from his side, pointing it at her. She groans again, falling down onto one knee. "H-help..." A ping sound is heard overhead. An automated announcement plays, in a computerized voice. "Translator updated: Spoken US English detected on ship." Unfortunately, the only English voice simulator they have is the Vocaloid Megurine Luka, so that's the voice's sound to English speakers on the ship. At the moment, just 1. Elly falls down onto her knees, groaning in pain. The officer hears the announcement in his own language, due to his personal translation decvice implant. "So... From Earth, you are? What business have you here?" "M-my mate Gabriel.... h-has virus.. m-made here... h-help..." He understands. I'm famous on this ship, being the only natural Earth born regular. "Gabriel... Only a few can help you with anything concerning him. They're right through that door." He walks away, not bothering to help her with the gravity difference. To him, in fact, the gravity is too little. Elly whimpers, struggling to walk toward the door, the intensified gravity paining every step she takes. It slides open to reveal Click, still underdressed despite it being many hours later, Alexandra, and a sim of me dying a few times a second, completely dissolving. Surrounding them is all kinds of technology. With each simulated death, an X appears over me. Elly is surprised by the scene, but too pained to ask about it. "H-help..." Click looks over to her, unsure of who Elly is. I haven't submitted status updates in awhile, so Elly is relatively unknown on my profile. "W-who are you?" Alexandra then looks as well. Upon the sight of the dragoness, her eyes widen. She dives behind the lab table. "C-click! There's a d-dragon in h-here!" Elly falls down completelty, unable to stand the extreme environment anymore. "H-help... m-my mate... v-virus..." Click starts to make sense of what she's saying. "Wait... Y-you're Gabriel's mate? Then, that means..." She realizes Elly's pain. "Environment control: Earth Setting 1." The gravity and atmospheric pressure drops to Earth levels. Elly sighs in relief. "T-thank you... y-yes... G-gabriel is my mate... h-help.. h-he... has a virus you m-made..." "Yes... We're aware... And, I'm so sorry..." "S-save him... please..." The pain still stings from the short time in the extreme. At that moment, a device nearby rings. Suddenly, Brad's voice can be heard. "Hello? This is Brad Reger, human, leader of the POS on Earth. I have an emergency that requires immediate attention! A member of the Alliance, Gabriella, has been infected with a fatal disease created to destroy another member of the Alliance named Gabriel. They both share the same DNA, so she's effected by it as well. She came into contact with it via a mysterious person who looked like Gabriel, and is now dying from it. She needs IMMEDIATE medical attention!" Elly coughs. "N-not just Gabriel sick... d-daughter t-too..." Click hears the device's message. "Oh, no... And it looks like Gabriel's pet is too." She looks to Alexandra. "Alexandra, get out from behind that table! I need you to watch the simulation while I send this human a response. The dragon won't bite." She isn't 100 percent sure of that, but she takes the device that rang, and speaks a response in to it. Elly groans, attempting to stand now. "M-my daughter... R-rose... she has the v-virus too..." Alexandra cautiously comes up, looking at the simulation. "L-listen... I'm sorry about that... Just, we're working on a cure right now..." Still, my sim dies several hundred times with X's over me, until, finally, a symbol like ~ appears over me, pausing the simulation. "M-my daughter... R-rose... s-she needs the cure too.... h-half of her... f-from G-gabriel..." "Hang on." Alexandra stops her from speaking. "I think we have something." She checks her digital pad. "Yes. This vaccine simulation seems to have an effect on him... Computer. Simulate all variations of this." Click, having finished responding, looks over. "Wait, what?! We actually found something that could work?" She picks up her own pad. "M-my mate.. m-my daughter.. p-please.. h-help them..." The scenario plays several more times. A few X's, a few ~'s, and one I symbol. She gets excited upon seeing the last one. "That's it! We found it!" Elly's eyes widen, excited. "Y-you have... c-cure?" Alexandra, despite her dislike for dragons, doesn't want to give Elly hope just yet. "Click, don't get her hopes up. Computer, prepare the vaccine just defined in the simulation." She looks to Elly. "We have a possible cure." "P-possible?" Elly growls weakly. "Please.. d-don't take chances with my loved ones..." Alexandra speaks to her in a professional tone. "The virus was created without a vaccine." She goes over to a machine, gets a small injection device, with 4 small bottles of a red liquid. "According to the simulation, this is the closest we have. It should stabilize him. Recovery, however, we haven't worked on yet." Continuing on Alex's though, Click adds "Keeping him alive is what we were focused on... But, it may be awhile before he's 100 per cent, as you say..." "It will s-stop the virus at least?" Elly asks, concerned. Alex nods. "Yes. But, get it to him quickly." Elly stands up straight, despite pain. "H-how m-much... t-time?" "The sooner, the better..." "He'll be cured, and remain at the state he was cured at..." Click explaines. "He's only getting worse..." "T-thank you... I can h-help him the rest of the w-way... d-del aura nexus pass... the den..." suddenly a portal appears, and Elly flies through. The air flows from the pressurized ship in to her own world, following her. Click just then notices that she forgot the vaccine. She calls in to the portal. "Wait!" She grabs the vaccine bottles and the injection device from Alexandra, and calls in to the portal again. "You forgot these." She flies back in and grabs the vaccine. "That would have been embaressing..." "And jeaopardizing to Gabriel. Now... Do you know how to use that?" "I... inject it like a normal needle?" She is standing by the portal from the other side. "Put the liquid in one end, and then press the button to inject it in to him. BE SURE to clean the needle after each use." "Anything else?" "That's it. Go, now! Time goes by!" Click doesn't know much English, but tries to go off translator to practice her English, as she could just barely pass as a Pokemorph to explore Earth a bit. "Y-yes!" She flies away from the portal, heading towards the den where I am.
