I'm out of graphing paper, so I did it on lined paper. Here we go. \n\nThis is the Elven Inn. It was an ancient site for interplanetary travel between earth and other worlds for an alien race thought to be extinct. In human tradition, this magic using, highly telepathic race was mistaken for the magical beings of legend called elves, so they adopted the name. The main room of the den houses the magic elven star gate (1), which allows for the direct passage between worlds via other, linked magic gates. The room also holds a sort of pillow nest within a couch (2), a book shelf with books from other worlds and languages long forgotten (3), a fire place slash reading area (4), and the reception desk (5) where guests will talk to me if they want to spend the night or pay the (incredibly expensive fee) to travel to another world. (6) is the entrance, which can be magically sealed to prevent people from entering who have hostile intentions. (7) leads to the rest of the hotel.\n\nThe hall is long, and leads to the kitchen, a closet, then 100 identical bedrooms, a garden, and a 'bathroom' area. The kitchen area is rather simple, though it has a magical item. A stove slash food synthesizer (8) allows guests to either cook food, or create their own meals from special crystals, which can also be bought at a small price. (9) is a fridge / freezer, which stores snacks and such. The halls are lit with magic glowing crystals (11)\n\nThe bedroom areas contain the standard items, a bed, night stand, dresser, and a desk (10). This desk also functions as an entertainment center. One can use a spell book in the desk drawer to check the time and date, play music and watch ancient videos, or even call loved ones on other worlds. \n\nThe garden near the end of the hall is a place for children and pets to play. There are plants sporting edible berries, and a river flows through it. A natural sky light allows plants to thrive in this 'cavern'. \n\nThe \"bathroom\" is barely a bathroom at all. It is just a river supplied by a waterfall falling in to the room from the surface, flowing away. The ancient architects must have thought a legitimate restroom was not of concern. The place was never intended for long term residence. At some point, I will have that little design flaw corrected. But I doubt I will actually get to it.\n\nSo, that is my place. Many of the rooms are still needing to be cleaned, after being abandoned so long. But, we are opening for business soon enough.
