Biscuit wandered around the forest, lost. Having no idea how she got there or where she was, she walked along a path she found in those woods. As she wandered, she noticed she was becoming quickly hungry and thirsty. She started to hear running water, so she kept heading down the path.
Before she ever reached the path, she came across what looked like a large bed of flowers, with a hole leading somewhere, large enough for an adult to fit in to. She also smelled something good coming from it, something she could eat. She ran down the hole, which, through a couple bends, led to what looked like a magic shop.
There were unfamiliar items everywhere, as well as many foods. She was still very hungry, but she also had no money. There was one being there; a familiar looking Espeon herm. Shi saw the hungry and thirsty little girl, and shi was also intrigued by the stomach mouth. So, she took pity. Shi invited her inside her place, and fed her some snacks and a glass of juice.
However, Paz also had other things in mind. She laced the snacks with a fast acting magical drug, which would soon make her need to poop badly. As well, the juice the herm gave the poor girl was Miracle Fruit Juice, which would soon fill her bladder to its limit. Once Biscuit finished her snacks, she stood up to stretch herself.
Knowing it would be only a moment before she would feen anything, Paz decided to take Biscuit to her back room to give her a quick exam. Shi walked her very quickly to the back, and sat hir on the bench. As Paz just started to scan her with hir magical tools, Biscuit felt a familiar pressure in two places on her lower body. As Paz did a couple magical tests on her, Biscuit kept silent, though the need only intensified. Both her faces showed their discomfort.
Paz did several tests, one of which even required hir to take her panties. Finally, Paz finished with hir tests. Biscuit, who now concentrated on holding, asked where hir bathroom was. Paz, amused, admitted to not having one. Immediately, Biscuit awkwardly walked out, holding in her large loads, abandoning her panties at Paz's place.
Biscuit decided she would eventually happen across a bathroom, so she just continued down the path. The intense need to go, though, only intensified tenfold with her walking increasingly closer to that running river. Every moment or so, she felt a single drop or a small bit of gas escape her, and each escape only hurt her need to go much, much more. Eventually, she decided to give in.
She ran behind some bushes off the trail, right in front of the river. She quickly dug a hole near the water's edge, squatting over it. Then, she let her aching bladder and bowels go. The relief, after that sudden and intense pressure appearing then holding it, felt amazing to her body. A drug that deviant herm placed in the snack also doubled her body's sensitivity to pleasure, so that increased it as well. She squatted there, releasing both her loads for quite a while, nearly 5 minutes straight, enjoying every second of it.
