With That being put into the Open, The Young Kit was caught VERY off-guard. Like, He honestly didn't expect such a question!

Nonetheless, He still kept tinkering with the New invention idea Alec Blueprinted, A High-grade tickle machine (weird Tails knew, But Alec pleaded for help) "Uh...What do you mean?"

Alec twiddled His thumbs as He could feel embarrassed just remembering it. "Yknow, When we first got paired together...I hated You, I wanted You gone, I just couldn't stand You and thought You didn't deserve your title as Genius. It was in total embarrassing, and I wish I could slap myself for it...But You never despised Me. Even after I snapped at you When it wasn't your fault...Why?"

And the Kits answer to all of that? 

"Cause I kinda understood You, Alec."

The orange-Red fennec tilted his head, Confused. "Eh?"

Tails stopped his tinkering and put a hand on Alec's shoulder, Smiling sympathetically. "I said I Understand. Believe it or not, I sorta when through a sort of thing kinda similar to You years ago; When I and Sonic were first getting well-known for being Heroes. Everyone always chatted and Talked About Him...And treated me like a 2nd tier sidekick, Really got on my nerves, But Unlike You, I didn't take it out on sonic cause;" 

He gripped Alec's shoulder tighter while looking Him in the eye, Baring a kind Smile that would gleam at hearts. "At the end of the day, Words are words and you shouldn't let them affect you so much. You really just need to get better to prove 'em wrong, That's what I did!"

Alec...was aghast at that advice. He just didn't know what to say...

except for one way,

He hugged Tails.

And Smiling softy, The Yellow Fox would Hug back.

"I'm so sorry for all I've done...!" he would hear. It being in general mixed in the muffled sobs fully sad, Soft, and teary.

He could feel His fur getting wet as The fennec would cry, getting watery tear fluids all over his bare floof of a chest,

Tails could care less about that.
