Kit looked at him and smiled the brightest he's ever been, Holding up a peace sign like Alec was. "Cheese~"

"There you go, A Phone for your gallery!" Alec spoke.
Kit raised a brow. "R-Really?"
Alec nodded. "Yeah, A pic to start off with your new phone!
Kit smiled. "Thanks...!"
"No problem!" Alec beamed back a smile as he got up and Yawned. He Stretched before beginning to walk away. "Alright well, ill see you later!"
Kit just waved as he waved back. fading from his view deeper and deeper until He was gone. "B-Bye..."
It was after he left, that Kit touched his right cheek.
The cheek that Alec Kissed.
with the Kiss, Kit didn't know what to think.
It was quick, It was Sudden, and It surprised him!
...But it also was... nice.
Kit felt his face flush a little bit as he rubbed the kissed cheek.
and then afterward, He went home himself.
But Kit couldn't get one thing Alec Said off his head, No matter what.

as He stood in front of the door to A certain Foxes House, Alec took a breather.

BANG, BANG, BANG!
it was three knocks, Three successfully loud knocks on the Door. Alec hoped that would garner the foxes' attention.
once He heard footsteps, He immediately started getting scared with thoughts of running away. But He stood still, not wanting to run away this time.
as soon as the door unlocked itself, He could almost feel the urge to shield himself immediately as he closed his eyes shut tightly.
"Alec?" He heard.
opening his eyes, He would see tails, Fur frizzled with a sonic plushie the same as his, in his arms.
"Alec!" After Rubbing His eyes. Tails tone grew excited. "Alec I-"
But he was interrupted by Alec moving forward and softly hugging him tightly. "I'm sorry!"
Tails was stiff and silent, Alec continued. "The comparisons and all can be annoying and whatever, But I shouldn't take that out on You for it. I'm so sorry!"
Tails didn't know how to react. It only took a few seconds of the realization for him to find the right words;
"It's Okay, Alec. It's kinda my fault too, Really."
Alec widened His eyes at Tails words. He let go of the fox to let him speak up more. "I should've noticed something was up, considering how you acted to me a lot and all." Alec saw that grin on his face. "But it's Okay, We've cleared that up... Right Partner?"
Alec watched as tails raised a band out to him. even more accepting than ever.
It was then that Alec had a thought;
....Really? Still?
Even after Everything, He did to him, The constant insulting, and the rudeness...
He still wanted to be partners with Him?
He still wanted...To be Friends?
Once again, Alec couldn't control his eyes.
He felt warm tears flowing down as his lips trembled. He moved his hand towards Tails own hand, To which each hand gripped one another. "R-Right..."
and They Shook.
"Partner."

After securing some things to the phone, like a home background color (blue like him) and such, Kits' new phone was a go!
He smiled as he walked, gazing upon the only picture in his gallery, A Picture of Him and Alec, Both Hugging and Giving a peace sign. towards the camera. He touched the cheek where Alec Kissed once again and felt his heart skip a beat.
He felt Happy.
"And Where Have You been!"
at the Sophisticated, Threatening tone, The happy feeling stopped. Kit just Knew who that was, Dr.Starline!
As He heard footsteps approaching, Kit quickly Hid away his new phone in His Pack, Knowing Starline rarely checks that.
"Surge covered for You, For some reason... And I wanna know why?"
As He got more in clear sight, Kit began to stutter. "I-I was Uhm...Looking around t-town?" He lied.
As the doctor eyed him Kit began sweating. He could feel his heart almost jump out of his chest once he saw him look at his pack too. But at inwardly relief when he gave up. Shrugging. "Fair enough I Suppose, Come along now."
Kit raised a brow. "Y-You're not angry with me?"
"No, No. I'll explain inside. come along now."
Kit smiled. Maybe he was in the clear after all! He ran along following the platypus. "A-Alright sir!"

Opening the door to the inside, Starline walked in first. "Come along Kitsunami, Come Come!"
Kit ran in happy as ever. "Okay! Doctor!"
But at the sight of Surge, unconscious, Lying on the floor with all of her will knocked out...
That died.
"W-W-W-" Kit's eyes were wide and his mouth was at a loss for words. His movement clearly said more as He quickly ran over towards Surge. There he began shaking her unconscious body. Grief was all over his face. "Surge! Surge! what happened?! Surge!"
"It's useless." He heard. The voice obviously being the doctor. "She's out like a light. Serves her right for lying to Me."
It didn't take long for Kit to put it together, Nor did it take for His Grief to become angry. pure anger, As his eyes turned pink. with the water tentacles propping out he stood up. "What. Did. You. Do... TO HER!!!"
But that ended up being futile, As once Kit turned around, ready to attack, Starline had his memory wipe ready. He fired it immediately as soon as Kit turned around to him, making him go into a good trance thanks to Starline's hypnotic memory eraser, Tentacles weakening with the Kit could feel his mind being forced to forget everything.
"All the times You've snuck out a few months will become nothing but a blur." He said as Kit felt himself weakening more and more, His legs wobbling as he was then on his knees. "That will teach You and Her to disrespect me."
With The last few words Kit could utter while in the trance, He said. "But...I-i... thought... It was...alright..."
Starline took the time to grow a smug smirk at this. "I lied, Kit."
And with that, He flicked Kit's Nose, Sending him down to the floor as well.
in his last moments Awake, Kit... Cried.
It was Hopeless, It was Useless, The moment he fell asleep he'll forget everything this past few weeks...
Especially...Alec.
He tried hard to stay awake, He really did.
But it was all a failure in the end.
He was going to forget.
He was going to forget about His friend.
He was going to forget about Alec, And there was nothing he could do, But cry.
Crying, in the bitter realization of it all
Tears poured out of his eyes, pooling on the floor as he slowly blinked once more time.

Starline watched as His eyes were closed shut. He huffed in annoyance. Took Him long enough.
Moving forward to grab at his body, He also went ahead and grabbed Surges's body too. With them in His Hands. He slowly made his way over to the usual "realignment" room.
Time to fix up some projects.
