", "writing": "This is a story about Otetiani earning his title and rank as a prime Angel.\n(There will be no real harm or gore, but it will have fighting scenario, I tough it would be wise to state that)\n-------------------------------------------------------\n\nThis was the day, the 24th year of otetiani's life, it was in the 3th era of Iraleths lifespan after the great event. Being born in the 2nd generation of angels, he was the 2nd to represent the Capricorn Zodiac. He knew he had to prove himself, not just for his own sake.. but for the people.. for his father. Achak had told him to know when to fight, and when to spare, he had told him to use his mind before even thinking about defeating his opponant, think of ways to end a conflict without any violence. But today was different.. Today he had to show everything he could do, as it was the day that would write history. The day he'd become a Valkyrie.\n\nThe sun stood low as dawn had broken a mere hour ago, yet he had been awake for a few hours now. He had prepared himself mentally for the task at hand, he knew there was no other way, he had to destroy the portal. Two weeks had past since it came into excistence, and he had already captured the host of it, a young boy by the name of Elikai. When he had found him the boy was already far gone, close to full corruption as the portal had taken deep root within him, lending the boys mana in order to sustain itself. And as the portal grew stronger.. the boy grew weaker. He was lucky to have been found by Otetiani above all others, for he mastered magics beyond mosts understanding, being able to curse, or bless. He knew everything about them, and if he didn't, he studied them and learned soon after. He had been treating him for 3 days now and the boy had already regained his former self.\nNot that he was ready to leave his bed yet, as the portals essence was still trying to claim his soul. A bond that was unable to be broken.. unless you took the portal down.\n\nHe knew that if he took care of the boy before treating the corruption, it would have significantly weakened the thing wich he seeked to destroy, but that would mean he'd harm the innocent. An act wich no Angel would ever commit, and therefore he had already passed the first part of his test. The second being his capability of his magic, the boy was doing much better, and so there was one thing that remained.. combat.\n\nAt first he had been willing to take on the portal with it's summons on sight, but with his strong training he knew it would be foolish, that and he didn't have any hold of the host. His objective could be seen on the open plains, a good 300m ahaid of him. It had it's mysterious purple glow emmiting from it, as was described in the books. He decided it would make no difference to crawl of walk as he would be detected nontheless once he entered the aura of the demonic gate. Upon his first encounter, he had noticed that it was capable of summoning helhounds, a variaty that closely resembled Hyena's, along with those it would likely summon some type of imp or goblin. The portal was not yet strong enough to summon it's host and thus there was no significant treat. Yet it was no easy task. As he could easily be overwelmed. Another thing was the fact that the demons would respawn if his actions wherent fast enough.. He took a deep breath, on his estimation a good 50 meters between him and the \"gate\". The range of detection. His heart was tumping in his chest. He was not scared, not by any means.. He was excited.\n\nHis expectations where correct as he saw two hounds spawn in a cloud of smoke, followed by tree skeletons that walked out of the portal, they where armed with a bow and arrow and Otetiani had to quickly rethink his plan, the hounds where quickly closing in as the archers took their aim. Otetiani quickly summoned his spear and aimed a few meter in front of one hyena. He raised his arm and pulled back, taking a step directly in the direction of the beast before throwing his body weight behind it, his strong arm pushing forth as he impaled the beast from 40meters away, a whine could be heard as it dissapeared in fog. Before he came up again he felt 3 arrows shoot over his head and back. He retook his stance, a mere 35m seperating him and the next hound.. he summoned another spear and aimed at one of the archers, trowing it all the way from a 50m distance tight through the unstable chest of the carcass, the whole thing crumbling down in a pile of bones, before fading into thin air. He quickly leaped sideways, narrowly dodging the two incomming arrows, this however left him no time to throw another spear. He summoned yet another and embraced the incomming hellspawn, it growled and took a leap at him, he aimed his spear right for it's open fang and within seconds, the beast was no more then a mere cloud of smoke. Instinctively he let himself fall flat on his belly and heard the inpact another 2 arows landing right behind him. \n\nThere was not much time left before the first hound would come back so he came up and sprinted to the archers. He saw another arrow on their bow, he quickly summoned his trusty spear as the two released their arrows. His arm came down with a swipe, denying one arrow from impaling his arm as the other flew into nothingness, completly missing it's target. With his excelent condition there where 20m left and he trew his spear, it flew in a fairly straight line, a slight curve up and down as it went through one skeleton, right into the other, both lined up in a perfect angle as neither stood a chance againt the unforgiving spear.\n\nThere was no time to recover and he sprinted to the portal, knowing he needed to touch it and focus on it not being there, in order to destroy it. As he layed his hand on the stone structure he heared a loud hiss, along with what sounded like a thousand combined screams. The portal clearly reacting to him and trying to break his mind. Distracting him from his focus. His ears where hurting from the agonizing screams as his chest was heaving from his journey. He tryed to empty is mind and imagine this plain without anything other then the landscape, just as he did that he felt fangs sink into his arm, he screamed out and reached for his Obsidian shardblade, cutting right into the neck of the helldog. His arm started bleeding but there was no time for error now. He placed the hand of his injured arm on the portal, the screams growing even louder, agonizingly unsetling as it sounded like poor souls being tortured. He placed his other hand on the wound, keeping as much blood from spilling out as he closed his eyes, thinking of nothing else then the peacefull plains he once knew.. the ones he played in as a child.. the plains he had spend days and nights in as he spend hours studying the enviroment.. \n\n*CRACK* ~ Otetianis eyes snapped open, as he saw the entire structure split in half, the glow of the portal vannished completely as if it had never been there. This was the day, the 24th year of otetiani's life, it was in the 3th era of Iraleths lifespan after the great event. Being born in the 2nd generation of angels, he was the 2nd to represent the Capricorn Zodiac. He knew he had to prove himself, not just for his own sake.. but for the people.. for his father. Achak had told him to know when to fight, and when to spare, he had told him to use his mind before even thinking about defeating his opponant, think of ways to end a conflict without any violence. But today was different.. Today he had to show everything he could do, as it was the day that would write history. The day he'd become a Valkyrie.

The sun stood low as dawn had broken a mere hour ago, yet he had been awake for a few hours now. When he had found him the boy was already far gone, close to full corruption as the portal had taken deep root within him, lending the boys mana in order to sustain itself. And as the portal grew stronger.. the boy grew weaker. He was lucky to have been found by Otetiani above all others, for he mastered magics beyond mosts understanding, being able to curse, or bless. He knew everything about them, and if he didn't, he studied them and learned soon after. He had been treating him for 3 days now and the boy had already regained his former self.
Not that he was ready to leave his bed yet, as the portals essence was still trying to claim his soul. A bond that was unable to be broken.. unless you took the portal down.

He knew that if he took care of the boy before treating the corruption, it would have significantly weakened the thing wich he seeked to destroy, but that would mean he'd harm the innocent. An act wich no Angel would ever commit, and therefore he had already passed the first part of his test. The second being his capability of his magic, the boy was doing much better, and so there was one thing that remained.. combat.
