The raathians gave the planet this name because their home planet consists of nothing but things that can kill you and the only way to survive is to be stronger than everything else.\n\n The raathians are a feared species, As every attempt at settlement on their planet has resulted in all of the settlers being devoured, Either by local wildlife and disease, Or by the raathians themselves. The raathians make no attempt at communication with the other species in the cosmos as they only care about their own planet and see no benefit in attempting to gain power on other planets. \n\n The raathians are unique in the fact that they are just as likely to swallow you whole as they are to debate you on the meaning of life. The raathians have no god and are the only known sentient species that is completely unified under one leader, The raathians claim to be able to trace their race back to it's origin. A mad scientist of some long since lost species seeking to create the ultimate bio organic weapon in an age long since past. \n\n Needless to say the creature succeeded, At least on Arena. Where his creations had become the dominant force. With no government and only one alpha male to rule all Raathian's the reclusive and gigantic Raathians have existed for unknown centuries in relative peace, Repelling countless attempts of forced colonization with no apparent effort. \n\nDAILY LIFE AND SOCIAL STRUCTURE- \n\n The Raathians live in primal settlements across the surface of Arena, living with bare minimal necessities, The Raathians see no benefit in relying on technology to do what they can do themselves. Laziness is the greatest sin of the Raathians and can be punished by death. The Raathians have only two genders, Male and female. Both are treated equally and both are similar in build.
