  "description": "POLICIES\n\nCOMMISSIONING\n\nInformation - please have the correct information for commissioning me\na visual reference of your character, and description of what you want\nyou may use a written description HOWEVER it needs to be VERY detailed.\n\nPayment - all payments are done through paypal, my paypal is amwuffy[at]yahoo.com\nHOWEVER due to the policies put in place by paypal I require that\nwhen you send payment you DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING IN THE PAYMENT DETAILS\nwhen you send payment, just note me and tell me what email the payment\nwas sent from.\n\n-ALL payment is made UPFRONT. Only commissions whose prices come\ncome out to being OVER $180 may be done in chunks, HOWEVER most\nof my art doesnt come out to being THAT expensive unless your planning\non purchasing a comic from me, comics are $100 a page.\n\nRefunds – Commissions whose prices are $75 and up are only 50% refundable\nim sorry if this in an inconvenience to others, however its something I must do.\nSo before you commission me keep in mind this rule and how it pertains to\nyour current finances.\n\nTime – Commissions will be Completed on MY time unless I say otherwise\nor the commissioner pays for a rush order.
