if you dog poops you have to pick it up or get a ticket :3 but any way here in belgium i have reeded that when a horse takes a shit on the street its allowed becaus apparently horses are registered as travel animals which is bullshit X3 so any way sometimes when i go for a walk with nestor i dont usually pick up his poop and the main reason why exactly is becaus well other people who own a beagle or Maltese dont pick it up either becaus the spot were i go usually has 3 piles laying around daily so why should i pick it up.....but when i do need to pick it up becaus i can feel people watching me its not exactly a pleasure.........feeling with you bag covered hand a warm clay like..... pile of dog shit......its like nestor either holds his shit until we go for a walk or he just gives his bowls
