Becoming the Darkseeker, Howler worked from the shadows to collect the Chaos Relics and put a convoluted plan in motion to wipe out all life except for himself. He took advantage of the loneliness and pain of countless mobians, including Fera and Violet, stoking war between humans and mobians while building a doomsday device.
