2BIT is a sky blue fox from a special pocket dimension. This realm, known as Byte Space, has a strange, digitized look to it, but it is more of a cosmic place where the denizens monitor and manage the destinies of various other dimensions within the multiverse. They are largely offshoots of other "prime" universes that fall out of Byte Space's jurisdiction, but that doesn't make the job any less demanding. So, in order to manage, 2BIT split his own psyche into several other beings, able to help him carry out his duties in several places at once. They form up a team known as "BIT Squad."


2BIT's travels had taken him far and wide, and to more dimensions than just the ones his team had control over. In one such dimension, one populated by Pokemon and anthro-Pokemon, where 2BIT finds his powers diminished, he met a Quilava with a lightly scarred face named Leon Therma. He brought them to a nice restaurant, but the sign at the front said "no pets." Leon glanced at them. "Oh, I guess you two can't eat then..." he teased. 2BIT crossed his arms while Tails blushed shyly. "That's not what the sign means..." 2BIT murmured quietly. Leon shushed them. "Don't bark, pet, or they might shoo us away. But hey, maybe you can pass for people..." he said, sticking his tongue out as he snapped his fingers and caused the flame leashes and Tails' flame collar to vanish! 2BIT's collar was solid, though. "Anyone asks...your collar's just a fashion statement." Leon winked, "So, let's get this date underway..." he smirked, opening the door for his pets like a gentleman. Tails blushed deeper. "I-it IS a date?" he murmured. Leon chuckled at him. "I know you want it to be, so why not?" he said playfully. 2BIT blushed as well, and joined Tails in heading inside the restaurant. Leon joined them inside and told the waiter to prepare a table for three before responding to that remark. "You came to me, pet. On this particular day...
