Excerpt from the Virgo Super Cluster Celestial Express brochure: Luxury cruises between the local planetary bodies within out solar systems has been a staple in luxury travel for near a century. The advent of the Sub-Space Corridor allowed voyages from star to star; reducing centuries of travel to mere years. While the trek between a few select stars was possible the corridor offered only a view of the nothing beneath the fabric of space. Yet at sub-light travel we were still constrained to conventional propulsion that was altogether primitive by comparison. Tours of the stars was limited to the outer edges of their gravity wells in order to maintain safety for the passengers and access to the corridor. Planetary visitation was limited to systems with stations already in orbit with third party shuttles that would be a burden on the credit of our travelers. Exotic locals such as the white dwarf or binary stars were only available to the chartered and private flights. What wonders lay among the vastness of space that could not be reached due to these limitation? The advent of Sidereal technology has allowed for the folding of the very fabric of the Universe to permit travel that exceeds the speed of light by orders of magnitudes. What was once a year of travel through the sub-space corridor from Asimov station in orbit around Earth to Clarke station in the heart of the Andromeda Galaxy was reduced to mere hours. The boundaries set by the harsh physics of gravity wells no longer applied to our Express cruises or the travellers within. Passes within a million kilometers of a star became commonplace to reveal the awesome enormity of the roiling ball of plasma. Sidereal travel made great distances a moot point through the Sidereal Jump, travelers passed from one point to the next in a relative instant. This offered little in the realm of scenic viewing and may have sufficed to set a body into close proximity of a celestial wonder. However we at the Virgo Super Cluster inc were not satisfied with simply reaching our intended destinations. We wanted to give our passengers a proper tour which would impart upon them the grand scale and majesty of the cosmos. The Sidereal Drive allowed our Celestial Express to wrinkle the fabric of space to achieve faster than light travel dilating time in such a way that no significant time would be lost to the traveler. Fear of leaving home only to return after a thousand years due to the laws of relativity became an antiquated notion. An entire solar system could be toured in a week or as little as a day without ever spoiling the view for our passengers. Notable destinations include the famed Pillars of Creation with stop over at Adam’s station, the Orion Cloud Complex with stop over at Anderson station. Or our magnificent last stop, the heart of our very own Milky Way and the orbit of Sagittarius A*.
