A new commission info sheet! I'm not entirely sure if it's better than the last one, but it should at least make a few more things clear, especially with a Terms of Service section. 

 In terms of graphics design, I don't know if this is all that good. Probably too cluttered with text. I still love 8-Bit Operator, which is the font used!
