Here is a new and improved version of this animation. Hopefully, it isn't as intense as I desaturated it. I think people are misunderstanding how I even did this picture. I took 10 frames from the original video footage, recorded from a fullscreen episode of "Toon Music TV" from Tiny Toons. I saved them as still images, and all I did was draw ON the frames, leaving some portions as the original footage. The background is not a seperate entity that I can change without ruining the entire thing. It was already hard enough to remove the previous text. I did a special technique using the lasso tool to get rid of them. I also cleaned up the animation on her boobs. It still looks choppy, but when you look closer her breasts should be doing an "oval" shaped trajectory to go with her dance. With the amount of desaturation I used, this truly does look like old and shitty VHS footage... which helps aid in the illusion of her bigger size. :)
