This was going to be colored, but I couldn't do it. Sure, you can criticize me if you want for doing this. Yet, I realized something as I nearly cried from frustration and impatience. This picture would of looked WORSE colored, especially with the colors the reference sheet provided. Let me explain.
You see, there were far too many spots of color on his camo hoodie and pants. The sheer number of colors and color details in one spot would clash with the rest of the picture (including with the sub sandwhiches), especially when coupled with my impatience. That impatience, in turn, made me sloppily color in each segment of his camo colors.
The colors from the reference came out purtrid as well, and more saturated when I eyedropped them. I hope you understand that this, in many way, is an artistic answer to an artistic problem rather than just me limiting myself on purpose or cutting corners. I swear, I can't help it, because when I start feeling misery and frustration settle in during the coloring phase of a picture, it's time to STOP doing it, for the sake of the customer and the qaulity of the finished product! I hope you all understand.
Hey, at least now the customer has to pay only $10.00. It's still a finished product as well. A good picture doesn't need to be colored all the time, afterall!
Enjoy!
