I tried going for a more artistic approach here, with a more symbolic meaning. She is actually 'eating' that word bubble, or drinking it down like she is being tube-fed. <3 Those are compliments, the word 'fat' will become a compliment after she eats up the words beautiful and cute first. :D This only symbolizes that she is accepting her body and starting to enjoy it a bit! <3
