UPDATE JAVA IF IT DOES NOT WORK EVERY TESTER COMPLAINED ABOUT THAT BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO UPDATE IT

Try running the .jar file before the .bat to see if it works regardless, otherwise just run the .bat. Running the .bat will require permissions.
