Well, Twilight kinda had stalker-y tendencies in It's About Time,where she stalked the CMC. And she likes to keep everything on record. So it wouldn't be far off to say that she has a lot of information on other ponies.

But sadly the show doesn't really focus much on other fillies beside the CMC, so we'd need to make up a lot of stuff for them. Unless we go the route of the Fanon and use their fandom personalities (e.g. Dinky, Pinchy, Ginger Snap, etc.)
