She then fixed that little sash around her and did her best rubbing out the white stains that would possibly happen. It didn't take long to carry her back to the front door and set her down, lightly putting her hat back on.
Twilight had a spell that sounded quite useful for a time such as this. Ginger Snap looked at the mare with a near vacant expression as that horn lit up. A small lean forward and touch to the filly's brow, then it all came back into focus.
“So, two orders of everything would come to… Oh? Are you okay?” Starlight asked the filly, looking to her with a smile.
“Huh?” Ginger Snap muttered, blinking and looking around. Did she nod off right in front of a customer? “I'm sorry, miss. I don't think I heard your order. What was it?”
“Oh! We'll take two orders of all you have. I'll send to have the funds directly deposited and you can just fill out the rest!” the unicorn said, happy to see her memory erasing spell she borrowed worked.
“Okay,” the filly answered, giving a small face of discomfort. She wasn't sure why her little privates were sore, but she did just nod off sitting there in front of a potential customer. Too much sitting around might do that, she guessed.
“Good, and when might be seeing our orders?” the mare asked, just continuing the charade for fun.
“Um, sometime next week? I'm not sure, I don't handle the deliveries,” Ginger Snap said cutely before giving a small bow. “Thank you for your order!”
Starlight returned the box, watching the filly take her wagon and start to head back out upon opening the door. “No, thank you for your service,” she said under her breath with a grin. |
